Jordan Peterson calmly dismantles feminism infront of two feminists

these videos are not for entertainment, they are clearly "fair dealing" under UK copyright law and are exempt as they are reporting current affairs, as I am sure you are aware UK courts "bear in mind that considerations of public interest are paramount".
UK courts see the fair dealing defence usually only applies when part of a work has been taken such as small clips as per my youtube videos.
Reporting of current events
Under Section 30(2), fair dealing using any work for the purpose of reporting current events, with sufficient acknowledgement, is a valid exception to copyright. Photographs are excluded, however; Cornish, Llewelyn and Aplin write that this is "in order to preserve the full value of holding a unique visual record of some person or event" (17TH MAY 2018) Subscribe for more.

    • The world is much like it always was: people are running away from responsibility and moral behavior. I think we are just much more aware of it because of the internet and social media. Because people can hide behind anonymity, they express what they really believe more frequently and as such we can see how immoral people really are. I really appreciate that there is at least on person out there campaigning for moral responsibility. I like that Jordan Peterson explains very clearly his REASONS why people should seek to be moral and even "noble" as he puts it, because too much of the dialogue I see online revolves around money, sex, and immediate gratification. He doesn't sound like he's sermonizing, but rather he's arguing for good, common sense so people are armed against life's calamities.

    • @@grandadmiralthrawn9231 Actually, most intersectional feminists will tell you that women being abused in Eastern countries does not in any way negate or "cancel out" women being abused differently in western countries. It's not an either/or. Women are abused quite differently depending on the culture, that should be obvious- but you are all missing it, as usual. Ms. Jordan-a Peterson is saying "since lung cancer is more deadly than breast cancer, breast cancer is not bad at all and people with breast cancer shouldn't whine and bother doctors about it- it's not like they have lung cancer". Anybody with 2 brain cells to rub together can see that this is a strawman's fallacy. Unfortunately very few of Ms. Jordan-a Petersons's followers HAVE 2 brain cells and so they miss that entirely. Just because somebody is abused in a different way elsewhere, does not make abuse here okay. duh.

Militant atheism is a classic example of this. If the atheist isn't winning the argument logically then he resorts to troll tactics. I see anti- Christian groups doing the exact same thing in the exact same way. Look at how keyboard jihadis are going after guys like David Wood. It's sad because the whole purpose of logic is to create a method to get at the truth in many ways debaters should be looking forward to being wrong because yeah you had a set back in your conclusions but you got one step closer to the truth even if it's not a truth you would prefer it is still a truth.
