At 3:00 minutes precisely, directly after Charlie says, "you just gave a man goose bumps y'kno", look at Bugzy's reaction. That's the reaction of a man who just reverted to his child self after hearing the praise he deserved, but never got back when he was that age. You can see how much it strengthens him to hear it when he replied, "yeah?". Beautiful moment. Bugzy's fucking amazing.
