  • For everyone wondering where this quest is from, you do it in the devils pit in Velen, close to the Inn at the Crossroads. It was added later when the Netflix witcher armor was added. This is the quest to unlock the diagrams.

    • Oh so it's later added content? because i remember i cleared all quest in TW 3 years ago and never come cross this quest.

    • It's interesting because it seems they had some plans initially, I remember that mine with closed gates which you can't get through and it seemed like something was missing as incomplete content. But the armor design was disappointing - in-game it looks slightly better somehow, feels more believable but still (and whole show was a disaster), well at least it seems like an interesting questline in game.

  • Confession time. I have always had such a HUGE respect for the Witcher. Even when it was considered "Shit Slav-Jank with a horrible combat system" (The Witcher 1, which arguably had the best alchemy system to date) I've completed the Witcher in it's entirety 2x. The second time was TRULY a 100 percent playthru. I missed absolutely nothing optional. Fast forward, I've had the "Game of the Year" edition with all DLC for "Assassin of Kings" for over 7 years. I've owned the Witcher 3 GOTY edition, with DLC, for close to 5 years. I'm fucking 31 now, and investing over 100 hours into a game is a daunting prospect. Because of that, I have never delved past 1 hour of The Witcher 2, and I've never even installed the Witcher 3. I feel like I passed the point in my life where I'll be able to experience the rest of the series the same way as I did the 1st, and it makes me not even want to "waste the time" in trying. Life is fucking not the same as when we were 15. I have no drive to complete quests after working for 9 hours. TLDR Jaded gamer misses old times.

    • i cant encourage you to pick up the witcher 3 enough, the world really sucks you in, there wont be any difficulty in getting yourself to complete quests because you ll be very immersed in the environment and you'll just happen upon quests that you'll want to see the through to the end because of how interesting the characters and the setting is. It really makes you feel like you're a part of the world, even just riding Roach through Velen or Ard Skelling is a pleasure

  • On what depends the interaction you get when you free him? The conversation went totally different from mine

    @DomitriCervantes@DomitriCervantes6 күн бұрын
    • I think it depends on how much information you have learned while exploring the cave. Geralt says something like "theres gotta be more here. Need to explore more" or something like that when you're missing some more info or clue about Reinald.

  • I started playing Witcher 3 maybe a week ago and I didn't know that you can see the level of the quest, so I went in the pit on like level 3, and cleared it in like 4 hours, because I though that the game is as hard as dark souls, and just got gud
