    • In lurk and solo situations sure, but when your team is trying to create an attack on a site, if you peeking every angle like this your whole team finna die while you bait them out

  • Last night after watching a bunch of your vids I practiced slow deliberate peeking like this and dropped a 30 bomb in my first game with no warmup

    • yea keep doing it and you'll realize cs is really just a series of minigames, the minigame being "peek this corner walking sideways, stop and shoot" and then repeat over and over. Way too many people just run straight into things and try to out aim when you don't need to

    • Refrag is a service. You start a server from their website, then you join and can do a whole bunch of stuff. Deffo worth trying out. Give it a Google

  • Say I peek someone but miss the burst. What is the proper action to take? You mention not standing there and bursting again, which makes sense. Should I retreat back to cover and peek again? Or commit to try to spray down the target (my recoil control is not good enough to do it consistently at the range of most of the targets)?

    • @@pienixcsthat dpi and sens seems extremely slow, but you turn so quickly. Mine is 900 and 3.0 and I feel so slow and clunky.

    • @@turdwallet8840bro that's insanely high for counter strike. I think Pro averages between 600-800 edpi (pienix being on 720, 1,8*400)

  • is this prefire map in refrag realy worth it? if so, whats your opinion on the more expensive plans

    • i have had the middle plan, 15$ or euros/month, for about 5 days. I've been practicing crossfire/prefire scenarios every day and I can say 100% they helped my aim improve a lot. I also use the NADR mode, where you can learn new nades. They also have community modes, which there aren't a lot of them yet, but I really like the defender one, where you basically need to defend a bombsite/chokepoint (like banana), but some of them are really hard because the bots throw molly, flashes and you have to dodge them while trying to kill the bots. They are pretty hard, but they definitely help when having to deal with a rush, for example .

    • They do shoot back. There’s a couple of moments where he dies to them. You can modify the delay before they will shoot through difficulty on refrag

    • @@pienixcs seems like it's a good tool to practice common angles. I should know them by now (20+ year cs veteran), but keep forgetting 1 or 2 angles every time :D. A lot of those times enemies are actually in those spots.

  • Yprac was way more realistic clearing imo, especially for mirage. I feel like these arenas assume there's specific smokes etc, cause going up short without clearing the a angles feel silly

    • @@pienixcs Yeah I think it's so important to do that, it was just more fun to do it in Yprac because sometimes they would be there and sometimes they wouldn't. So there was no way to not full clear everything
