Russia is producing more weapons than it needs in the war and is already filling up its warehouses, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius has said. The head of the German Defense Ministry said that with the increase in spending on armaments and the Russian economy being put on a "military footing," much of what is produced no longer goes to the front, but ends up in warehouses.
