Best Carwash is one of Belgium's biggest car washes, and one of the largest projects DICO has supplied. Despite their name, they have no affiliation with the Best Carwash chain in Germany to my knowledge.
The site has dual 63m long wash tunnels with DICO equipment, an interior belt, and numerous self-serve indoor vacuums. Their point of sale system has a pay to exit configuration. Each wash tunnel has turbo wheel blasters, following wheel blasters, a 3 manifold high pressure arch, 3 top brushes, 2 sets of trailing wraps, 1 set of standard wraps, 2 sets of bottom driven side washers, and 2 sets of wheel brushes for washing, a retractable side to side mitter and side washers for polishing, a 5 producer drying system, and a drying spec wrap/top brush combo and side to side mitter for textile drying. Most of their equipment is outfitted with Brushcom materials, including MicroAct cloth and CCT Foam on the wraps and side washers, Hybrid, Hybrid+, and C-Flex on the top brushes, MicroWash on the polishing mitter and side washers, and MicroDry on all the textile drying components. Best Carwash uses Reinwerk chemicals, and their top wash includes the lava bath, extra cleaning friction, polish wax, protectant, double wheel cleaning, and extra textile drying.
