  • He really stood out recently to me as a man of integrity, resolve and patience and seeks to do the right thing despite opposition. He did the right thing by certifying the votes against Tr*ump’s demand and threats from supporters. He did the right thing by showing up at the inauguration. I didn’t have much opinion of him in the past but I have a lot of respect for him now.

At the end of the day, he did everything a president was suppose to do out of dignity and respect! Attend inagurations and congratulate their opponent! I do sincerely with him and his wife well. While Pence may have fallen short in some respects (many would differ with him on issues of personal conviction for example or his apparent failure to tone down on some of his overt praise of Trump), fundamentally, he is a man of decency. He no doubt understood the gravity of his role as VP. You must keep in view that he could NOT just walk off the job..at least the VP role...I'm sure he and others will be reflecting much over their role in this entire debacle. Hopefully he recalibrates his political and personal sensibilities aright even if only for personal benefit.
