Have you ever been treated unfairly for no reason?
When Cole greets his new team, he comes up to everyone to shake their hands. But when he sees Will, an African American, he completely ignores him. Will is disturbed by such behavior but tries to remedy it in a kind way. Yet, Cole continues to hold on to his biases. He instructs Will to meet him alone.

In your opinion, why do some people think they can decide who someone is?
Their limiting beliefs that doesn't allow them to see above themselves. And to then really see others for who they really are. You can only do that if you really get to know someone.
Racism, Sexism and arrogance etc. None of those are good qualities.
I hate when people are quick to assume, like people even think they can determine your IQ based on your looks.
Cuz they think themselves superior to others
People judge on appearance even though we shouldn't.
That was quite a gamble on Mr. Sander's part. If I were Will, I wouldn't have organized a boycott. I would have hired an attorney and SUED the company 🤣!!!!!

Filip Walcerz is one of the best dramatic actors that Amomama has as its main cast. I really enjoy his performances. And, I was shocked to see that he played the racist CEO. "Tell me it ain't so Joe," er, Filip! I was heartbroken, but had to admit, Filip played a first cast racist and established this, then he even went beyond that and did so, so convincingly -- excellent, top notch acting -- prima sort. Then the universe shifted and the episode got turned on its head. This was such an excellent episode all set up by the excellence of Filip. This brought out such a strong performance of the Black actor in his response, it was inspiring. So in the end, an excellent DramatizeMe that could have been a Special. Bravo! Bravo!

@@ShadowX-2652 That is a saying that goes back to Joe Dimagio when he played for the Yankees. I guess you are too young to know about that. It has gained some rebirth with Joe Biden. I cannot remember an episode where Filip played a racist. Instead, I have a firm memory where he spoke out against racism and asked something like what do you think this is, this is the twenty first century for god's sake. He is a great actor and performer and I first heard of him as a concert pianist. I really love that he went into acting from that start in entertaining. He was gifted as a pianist and he is awesome as an entertainer. I hope to see him star in a detective series as the piano playing detective solving cases by tickling the ivories.
