ah so many memories of doing these and similar pranks in school.. we also used firefox to get around the school filters on the internet so we could use myspace ;) ended up causing the whole district to rewrite the agreement we all had to sign before being allowed to use the computers.. so that was fun xD.. also someone got access to a teachers computer that had access to the shared drive and put a copy of halo on it so we could play from any computer in the school without having to use a USB.

@@MalLoHi t h e i r
I'm glad to hear that you're planning to use these pranks in an educational environment! It's important to maintain a respectful and responsible approach when using pranks, even in educational settings. They can be a fun way to teach basic scripting concepts or computer interaction, but always ensure that your actions are harmless and that you have permission to use these pranks on the devices you're working with. Remember that the ultimate goal is to learn and have a positive experience while respecting the devices and people involved. If you have any questions about scripting, programming, or other educational activities, feel free to ask!
Great job making this digestible. This is a topic that can sound so boring but you managed to make it a fun time, which I find makes learning things easier.
Too bad it's BS.

Of course, I can provide you with some harmless command prompt (CMD) pranks for educational purposes. Please remember to use these pranks responsibly and only on your own devices or with explicit permission from the device owner. These pranks are meant to be lighthearted and shouldn't cause any harm or damage. Always make sure you have proper backups and know how to undo any changes you make. Here are a few CMD pranks: 1. **Fake Error Message:** Use the following command to create a fake error message: ```batch echo This program has encountered an error. > error.vbs ``` 2. **Constant CD Drive Opening/Closing:** This command will continuously open and close the CD/DVD drive: ```batch :loop eject sleep 1000 eject -t sleep 1000 goto loop ``` To stop the loop, press `Ctrl + C`. 3. **Keyboard Typing Delay:** Create a delay between each keypress, making it seem like the computer is typing really slowly: ```batch @echo off :start timeout /t 5 /nobreak > NUL echo This is a slow typing prank. goto start ``` 4. **Infinite MessageBox Loop:** Continuously display message boxes: ```batch :loop msg * Hi there! goto loop ``` Close the Command Prompt to stop the loop. 5. **Flipping the Screen:** Flip the screen upside down: ```batch irotate.exe /rotate=180 ``` Use `irotate.exe /rotate=0` to reset the screen orientation. Remember, these pranks are meant to be light-hearted and not cause any harm. Use them in a responsible and ethical manner. If you're trying to learn more about CMD or scripting, there are many productive and valuable tasks you can accomplish using those skills!
Niceee bro I have to go to my school's cptr lab tomorrow this will help to cause confusion destruction and chaos

give me the code to delete system thirty two. its for my own computer not my best friends
@@RameshPatelSinghKanvi Deleting the "System32" folder on a Windows computer is not recommended and can have serious consequences for the operating system. The System32 folder contains critical files necessary for the proper functioning of the Windows operating system. Removing or deleting this folder can lead to system instability, crashes, and potentially render the computer inoperable. It's important to note that deleting System32 is not a legitimate solution for any computer issue. If you're experiencing problems with your computer, it's best to seek assistance from a qualified technician or consult official support channels. They can help diagnose and resolve any issues in a safe and appropriate manner.
The PCs with just text was really harder than CMD though. for example, there was no scrolling. In CMD you can scroll up and down, In old PCs with DOS (DOS is like CMD but its entire OS) If directory is too large to view all the files it was your problem
True. No up/down arrow and no pressing tab to auto complete commands.
On dos use dir/w it'll list them in columns so you can see more it works in cmd too. Found it in a different video and it really is nice
I think there is a /p flag that pages the directory listing. There is also piping to more for DOS 2.1+
It's quite similar if you just uninstall the desktop on a Linux device.
@@redm00n748 In linux, Use a terminal multiplexer. Gives you scrollback and copy paste. DOS is genuinely hard to go back to after modern Unixlikes.
pro is used for domain access, or to be precise, joining a domain. I like the generalised idea of your video. You could next go into net user, especially the windows disc hotkey password trick... or maybe not
Intriguing.
Smart admins roll out a GPO to block built in admin account from being activated. Meaning you can't boot to safe mode and use admin to create a new user. But that does not mean all admins do that either. Also with Windows 10 UEFI interface you actually have to know the admin password of a known admin user in order to access safe mode. Even with a new disc install and glitching into cmd if that GPO has been rolled out to local system levels then you will not be able to set the admin to on. However if a device is not encrypted on the local hardware level then you may be able to boot up a portable version of Windows and gain access into the main OS and add a user from there. But that takes loads of time and you'd probably get caught and have a better chance actually using some real world hacks in order to gain remote access to your intended target. And that is crossing the line when it comes to ethics. Also I have to mention that if you were to try using a portable device you would have to get into the BIOS and select your device to boot up. And in most circumstances you will need to know the admin password for an admin user on that local machine. Most schools would have GPO's rolled out and monitoring software. There are some awesome paid tools you can get to reset passwords. And yes they work well and even have the power to reset a Microsoft account user. But again that is something you use in the practice of technical services. You cannot just use these password reset tools anywhere because doing that is illegal. There will always be a way around any OS. And as for all 3 major desktop/laptop OS's I can assure you I know how to gain access on all without needing to know someone's password. The only thing that can prevent me from being able to easily would be encryption. And that is a waste of time for most people unless your target is valuable. Which again... Ethics. So basically this statement is for educational purposes only.
@@Rightly_Divided True, all you can do in the end to really block it though would be with a bios password and then disabling boot devices other then the os based hard drive. Although, with the capabilities of cmd running as admin using the hotkey trick, you could "net user ... /add", then from there "net localgroup administrators ... /add". Afterwards, selecting change user then typing ..\ followed by the username you added log directly into the machine instead of domain, since most domain accounts, if set up incorrectly, creat local documents and don't encrypt them, going properties, security, advanced, auditing would give you direct access to all information. But yes, if you're good enough as a network administrator, you can start thinking, this is possible, activate bios password, encrypt all documents on accounts with third party software and make sure that each users key is backed up. Bitlocker can be tweaked a bit to provide some added security just in case. Find the cause then find the solution
@@Rightly_Divided if you force automatic repair you don't need a password and you can just plug in a usb drive with a linux iso flashed, mount the drive, cp /mount/point/windows/system32/cmd.exe /mount/point/windows/system32/sethc.exe , hit shift 5 times in windows, admin command prompt on login screen
@@wheeI Oh ok. Yeah that is a good tip. Thank you! But unless you have the physical DC in front of you... How would you get around needing DC level admin rights to a machine on a network grouped in by that policy? So say Local admin does not have rights to Domain?
will definitely try this in school :)

2:34 or you can also hit WIN + E and on any folder instead on typing cd directory you can type in the directory list "cmd" and you can open the start menu hitting the WIN key and type command prompt or cmd
Great video you're funny,.What program or screensaver is that on your computer with the ball bouncing through mountains and water
Nice way of explaining 😂❤️🔥
IF msg is enabled, IF the computers share a trust or domain, IF the endpoints aren't isolated at the network layer, IF the ports required are open (which remember they'll need to have a trust to do) which also means the administrator of the network choose to build a domain but didn't choose to enable endpoint firewall rules or hardening of any kind..... What nutter builds a network like this past about 1995 🤣
exactly
Basically, it's a "stupid test" for your school and school district. If they don't have these things locked down then your school is run by idiots. Lucky you, maybe you can help the teachers. Chances are though they have like 1 guy who knows things but doesn't have time to do the actual work of locking down. Also, don't be surprised when you piss somebody off and you get harshly punished. Most adults hate computers and are willfully ignorant of how they work.
these are going to be brutal :)))

I just can’t seem to get the short breaths down-pat. And I haven’t done any actual sparring yet just the mitt work where my trainer taps me if I leave myself open. But I’m looking forward to sparring soon. I just hope my breathing technique improves. Any additional advice you guys can give to help me out with this would be greatly appreciated. You: "Don't do this at school!" Me: *hacking the whole school*
If a School has setup Active Directly so poorly that any of these commands will work, then they totally deserve to be screwed with. Pretty much all of these commands require the system you are on & the systems you are accessing to be on a Active Directory Domain, then on top of that you will need to have sufficient permissions from a GPO. Long story short, there is literally no scenario where you could actually "prank" anyone with these commands, unfortunately the only way you could be in a position to do this is by either "sneaking" on to a School/Business System Administrators computer and running the commands on the correct domain gathering that the account they use has the permissions and that they're logged into the Domain, which if you did do this I'm sure you would be fired/expelled/arrested. The only other way you could go about "pranking" anyone with these commands would be by becoming a System Administrator for a School or Business, and I don't think it takes that many braincells to figure out how quickly you'd get fired and likely be unable to ever get a job in that sector again due to a huge hit on you're reputation. Sorry for the lengthy nerdy explanation as to why none of this will ever really work, this being a field I work in, it hurts me to see this being explained incorrectly...
You could also escalate privileges if the system isn't configured correctly, but to do that you have to be a lot more knowledgeable in security and pentesting. Most likely, if you can escalate privileges in a network, doing an msg or shutdown command is none of your interest. also it's very much illegal if done without permission.
No wonder my school admin disabled command prompt...
You can use windows powershell, it's like the same thing with the same commands
