#PilotBlog #Antonov225 #Mriya
Hello guys! Here is the second part where I am going to see the beautiful Antonov-225, Mriya from inside. It has many of comparments and I was able to visit some secret places. Also I will make the cockpit review explaining standard instruments. The Antonov Chief pilot Dmitriy Antonov was my supervisor. He helped me a lot reviewing that Gigantic airplane. Yes my friends, Mriya is the Largest airplane in the world and it was build here in Ukraine. The Antonov base airport is very near to my hometown, so I am happy to visit that place.
I hope you enjoy that video.

Antonov-225 Mriya. Review of the Biggest Airplane in the World. Part 1
• Antonov-225 Mriya. Rev...
Hello Guys! My name is Denys, and I am Boeing 737 Captain. Before I used to fly ATR 42/72.
I am making the videos on this Pilot Blog channel to encourage people all around the world to join our aviation community.
Here you'll see interesting aviation videos from pilot's perspective. Enjoy:)
What a sad time for the people of Ukraine and although this is ‘just’ an airplane, this video is now a memorial to a unique aircraft now destroyed and those left behind wondering about their future in such terrible circumstances. We all support you. Stay safe Denis, you will fly again soon👍
And a year later , this video suddenly turns to a memorial..
A year after you did this, we are so much better to have this footage of such an amazing aircraft to remember her. Thank you Denys.
Fantastic tour. May she rise again. 🇺🇦
It really makes me sad to know this airplane was destroyed in a matter of seconds after decades of care and love from her crew. I was extremely fortunate to have been able to tour this airplane inside and out when I used to work as an aircraft mechanic at JFK Airport around 2003. I was working at the cargo ramp one day when I happened to see this aircraft parked so I walked up and asked the ground crew if I could take a look around. The plane was empty but they were all busy and one of the crewmembers said I could go to the cockpit and the crew quarters in the rear if I wanted. I knew I was extremely lucky to be allowed to give myself a tour of this aircraft and will always be grateful for that experience 🙏 ❤.
It was such a beautiful plane..
Dmytro is such a great guy. He loved this plane with his heart, more than we all did. Im so damn sorry for him. мрия, лети навсегда! Спасибо за вашу услугу! Слава Украине! миp! 🇺🇦 🤝 🇷🇺
This plane is so cool! I never knew it had all these features on the inside. Shame it’s been destroyed 😔
I almost crying when I see this. With lovely Dmytro and all the compartments that are now all destroyed. Thank You so much for this video <3
Getting out of the rear compartment ontop of Mriya during flight would be one heck of a James Bond scene.
I love these videos. They give very thorough insight on the An-225. Thank you for filming it, dude.
It has no match in aviation! It is amazing and impressive aircraft! They say the 747 Jumbo is the 'queen of the sky', then Мрія is its 'Emperor'! There is no reason to apologize Captain! It was a very amusing and informative video! (as always)!!
I had only heard about this aircraft- it was great to get the insiders tour. Thank you and thanks to Dmitry
RIP mryia you’ll always be in the heart of aviation lovers
Absolute monster. Breaks my heart to say rip😢
Welp - this is now an amazingly valuable historical resource.
Thanks Dennis, You did a great job on the video. Hopefully the second Fuselage has survived and a new Mriya can be build soon from recoverable parts from this one !
This is the best review of this plane I’ve ever seen well done! 👍
Суперська екскурсія! За мелодію наприкінці окрема подяка :)
