Do people even realize Ten Hag only has one year remaining on his contract? A lot of people appear to have lost sight of this in their rush to see him fired. It makes zero financial sense to concurrently pay two coaching staffs with Ten Hag only having one year remaining on his contract. INEOS, the new higher ups, and Ten Hag should work together to get more of the deadwood out of the club, bring in the players all sides can agree to, and next season should be his real judgement period. If it doesn’t work out next season, move on.
