@@cacahead2542 they just ask normal questions like what can you do to make Olive Garden a better place, what's your weakness & strength, are you good with teamwork questions like that you just answer them to your best decision

I have an interview coming on March 22 in the host position. My olive garden location is very close to my home in Los Angeles. Can't wait for this interview and could be part of the OG team by the end of this month or the start of April. May apply to the same position at fogo de chao or The Cheesecake Factory through indeed as a backup. Looking forward to the interview at OG and I'm not nervous about it. Step in the right direction for me.

Thinking of applying to hostess. I really don't want to but need work experience. Plus I'm shy. Obviously I know no job is easy but they make this look like it is but it seems stressful too And having to memorize tables omg. I do have a good memory but still afraid i will mess up
I would just say yeah if your memory not that good it will get good! I normally just go in that section and if it wasn't the exact table that was picked it's just good that you still went into that server section so you would be good!!

How is the pay? Is it mostly tips or is the hourly good as well?
It depend on your service i get tipped real good because i'm attentive to my tables and get my guests what they need. People will tip good if they see that you care about they needs. & yes the hourly jobs are good pay as well

What are the hours for hosting? And how are they
Well i don't know how different Olive Gardens work but hosting is 6hours or 5hours or you can choose to be an Alll day which is being there from 10-8 or you just do 10-4 Olive Garden is understanding when it comes to your availability so check and see how your Olive Garden is. I hope this helped❤️

Hey!! & no they don't we get paid hourly but i mean guest can offer a tip and you can take it but no host don't get tipped
@@LifeewithTorre thanks girll i got the full rundown now i just became a host at an OG 🥳 i started at the end of Feb. My goal is get hosting down by June/July then get trained on 2 to go’s then to a server✨ your video helped me make the decision to go for the job. I Appreciate you 🌹🫶🏾

@@ChelleD086 I never got the job, they didn’t call me back after the interview even tho everything went well, so instead I’m working for Amazon warehouse that close to my house, I’m a delivery station associate, it’s super easy, everyone is so chill even the managers, made lots of friends, and the warehouse ain’t huge so it’s perfect.

It depends on your availability and a trainer at your Olive Garden availability but very soon mostly likely like the next week or week after you can start training

As a server yes but hosting no they don't get tips

No the questions are not hard they just the basic questions for an interview
