I have no idea why they were employed for so long, they're retarded frauds who tarnished the reputation of proper parody films like this one. The crap ones, all of them (Epic Movie, Date Movie, Disaster Movie) were made by them. It almost feels like a social experiment to gauge the intelligence of the American audience.

Unwritten rule: ignore IMDb's ratings when it comes to comedy and horror movies. People over there usually can't see comedies for what they are supposed to be and same goes for horror movies. Also, 4.6 for a parody is actually high. The actual bad parodies have much worse ratings there (rightfully so, most are unwatchable once you're more mature because of how forced and unfunny the jokes are).

Two asshats called Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer are entirely to blame. I have no idea why they were employed for so long, they're retarded frauds who tarnished the reputation of proper parody films like this one. The crap ones, all of them (Epic Movie, Date Movie, Disaster Movie) were made by them. It almost feels like a social experiment to gauge the intelligence of the American audience.

Love how when you re watch this as you’re older you notice alot more, such as the driver not even pressing the brake and is actually accelerating the truck.
You do know if you look carefully you can see 3 pedals, the clutch on the left, the brake in the centre which the driver is engaging, and the accelerator on the right, which has a thinner pedal than the brake and clutch.
Or how the woman is hunchback and then suddenly can stand right posture.
