I also think you help others by chatting about your own feelings and it is a GREAT side note that if someone has true clinical depression you can't just "shake it off" etc (as you mentioned). Your spread for your patron is very cute - hope he/she enjoys using it.

I feel Happy Planner sometimes doesn’t get how we use those stickers. We do decorate before the actual week so we don’t know if it will be a great day or if we will be crying… THEY should know!
Does everyone decorate in advance though? I build my pages as I go along according to what I need or what’s happening at the time…
Not everyone decorates like this, though. Most people on KZhead and Instagram do because viewers want to see a finished spread. But that is not indicative of the community as a whole. I decorate before the week but it is a very minimalist decoration so I have time to write. As the week goes on, I foll in a lot more as I go
The best advice I received: It's okay if you're not okay. ❤ Don't pretend or get stuck, but give yourself time. And ask for help if you need it.
I just wish it wasn’t so dang hard to do the things we want or need to do. Like, I’m jealous of those living by the seat of their pants. 😂

I find the self help sticker books hard to use. Now that I am out of the workforce (retired at 62) I don't feel the stress, depression, sadness, as much. Good idea to cover up those things in the boxes! The frustration now comes from not being able to open a jar, dropping things and going into a room and IMMEDIATELY forgetting why I came in there!! HAHAHAHA.

My German Shorthaired pointer is 7 years old and going on 50 pounds. Her name is Roxie but we call her Gladys Kravitz (Abner!) because she barks at everyone and anything passing the house. Special attention goes to and deliveries, neighbors' included. She and the neighbor's dog across the street alert each other. 😂🙄

I used to do the same with my little dog because I thought the neighbors were not happy by the tapping, but the neighbor mentioned how that’s how they communicate with each other and her dog missed my dog as her friend. Now I let big and small dog talk to each other by big bath and my tiny’s bark
