Lets be real, him being a "God" of all the pokemon universe is more likely a myth in-game than fact, those three "creation gods" are just simply not as powerful as the myths claim they are. The fact about him being just, an egg in a pre-big-bang type state, is also likely to be an in-game total myth. Just like how groudon and kyogre were said to create the whole hoenn region, and that also turned out to just be completely untrue.

This means we still have an insane amount of legendary Pokémon that haven’t even been made yet. Just following that theme alone they could has countless more to come.
Would be cool to have a more completed tree with all the other legendaries as a poster.
-Genesect would also fall under "Human" since Team Plasma made that. Same applies to Silvally -Deoxys, the Ultra Beasts, Solgaleo, and Lunala would be under "Universe" Cosmog and Cosmoem would fall under Solgaleo and Lunala -Type: Null would be under Silvally This is all I got so far

In the case of Arceus, it's incredibly likely that you only have one of its avatars, which is humoring you due to a lack of any universe creation taking place in the last couple ever. In the case of the creation trio, it is similarly very likely that your ball is only a suggestion to them. The three are fully capable of exiting without your knowledge, and likely do so to continue their maintenance of creation.

Lets be real here, it makes sense that arceus and his children let humans catch them now and again. I mean it gets pretty boring just chilling in the next plane of existence with nobody else to talk to.
People keep saying „powerful gods until a 10 year old catches them and commands them like pets“, but I honestly believe more that the legendaries PURPOSELY let themselves get caught by trainers, befriending them. They get to hang out with them, they want something new, rather than doing their „job“ to keep the universe stable or whatever. It makes more sense to me that way.

ehhh, it's more a connection as Lugia (yes, I know you're making a joke about the spelling error) as Lugia falls under the domain of Kyogre, the sea. Ho-oh also tends to fit more under Rayquaza's domain of the sky while the Legendary Golems fall under Groudon's domain. The only reason I can think that Rayquaza is connected at all with Lugia is due to Rayquaza being the master of the Weather Trio. Thus would have a connection to Manaphy, Phione, and all of the Legendary Golems as well.
