Then to play for many years at his style of elegant European moves/tactics with a hint of Brazilian flavor, makes Kaka one of the best tales in the history of FIFA! Won everything at club level with Milan. Won a lot of trophies with the Brazilian national team. And even played in the MLS (Orlando). Much respect to this dude!

I don't know why people barely talk about him. I'm a Messi fan, and yeah people always talk about R9,Pelé,Maradona,Ronaldinho, Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi. But never do they mention Kaka. Shows how unrecognised he was.

With all respect, of course he isn't mentioned among the very very best of all time. He was great and a sight to behold but he is not in the top 10 of all time nor the top 20. But again Dinho also is not in the top 10 and R9 is hovering around 10th. So sad to say, I really like and miss Kaka but he is not quite up there. Among Brazilians alone you have to put R9, Pele, Garrincha and Zico above him with Jairzinho, Carlos Alberto, Socrates and Dinho at the same level.. Roberto Carlos too. Then you still have Beckenbauer, Cruyff, Maradona, Platini, Zidane, Eusebio, Maldini, Buffon, Yashin, Di Stefano, Puskas (and more) above him from other countries. Clearly there is a reason he is not mentioned together with Messi and Cr7, they are simply at least one full level above even Prime Kaka.

Blind hate? Biased? Kaka at his prime doesn't need to do rabona or something to get opponent respect him. Just seeing him in front of penalty box with the ball made goalkeeper terrified. That balance kaka had, for u that play football and understand how different level of gifted player surely understand this. Before he got lot of injury, he was simply amazing
