  • It's smart for DW to start out small scale. Good stories that don't require big budgets. Let the writing and acting carry the shows. Good Luck and God Bless to your endeavors !

    • Specifically, the New Testament claims that Jesus did not have a physical father. The Jewish Scriptures, however, clearly states that a person’s genealogy and tribal membership is transmitted exclusively through one’s physical father (Numbers 1:18, Jeremiah 33:17). Therefore, Jesus cannot possibly be a descendant of the tribe of Judah nor of King David and King Solomon. There are even further problems with any attempts to use the Jewish Scriptures to prove Jesus’ genealogy through Joseph, the husband of Mary (Jesus’ mother). For the New Testament claims that Joseph was a descendant of King Jeconiah, who in the Hebrew Bible was cursed to never have a descendant “sitting on the throne of David and ruling any more in Judah” (Jeremiah 22:30). Joseph’s genealogy, even if it were transmittable to Jesus, would only serve to further disqualify Jesus as the Messiah. Finally, there is the problem of the contradictory accounts of Jesus’ genealogy in Matthew, Chapter 1 and Luke, Chapter 3. The common Christian explanation of this contradiction claims that Luke’s genealogy is that of Jesus’ mother, Mary. However, this is unfounded, even according to the Greek original. In addition, it has already been established that genealogy is transferred solely through the father, making this attempted explanation completely irrelevant. Even if one could trace one’s genealogy through one’s mother, there would be the additional problem in that Luke 3:31 lists Mary as a descendant of David through Nathan, Solomon’s brother, and not through Solomon himself as is prophesied in I Chronicles 22:10 of the Jewish Bible. The third, fourth, fifth and sixth criteria have obviously not been fulfilled, either during Jesus’ time or since. Any Christian claims that these final criteria will be fulfilled in a “Second Coming” are irrelevant because the concept of the Messiah coming twice has no scriptural basis.

Renée Zellweger and Joaquin Phoenix The year before. 🙄🤣🤡 Nomandland wasnt really about homeless it was a about a certain way of living. Their homes were their vehicles and how they passed through each others lives as they moved from place to place. It shined a light on way of life most dont know about. Turning their backs on what we deem normal for an alternate lifestyle. 4 black men have won for best actor in the history of the academy awards. In the history of the Oscars, 10 black women have been nominated for best actress, and nine of them played characters who are homeless or might soon become so… No black woman has ever received a best-actress nomination for portraying an executive or even a character with a college degree. Halle Berry still the only one who ever won. Just stop with your comedic white supremacist fake outrage. Omg diversity in some categories..its not all white anymore, there are other people in the world..what are we gonna do? 🤣🤣🤣 you had to look up the trailer because you have no idea what's going on, you didnt even know who won. you probably saw 2 black ppl get nominated once and stopped watching. Did you know the year before the best film was parasite, it was a south korean film omg and you know what, it was incredible. Easily the best movie of that year. Did you see it or was the fact that it starred all south korean actors scare you off. If you didnt see it, give it a watch. You won't regret it. Its unlike anything you've ever seen. You can read subtitles, right? This movie shut in was great because it has only white ppl in it. 😂😂 Oscar worthy. This movie was ok. • I'm 20min in to this movie and so far so good. Plots holding, story telling wise its consistent and everything that's happening isn't far fetched, it successfully employs Murphys Law in a way that the sequence of events thus far makes sense Edit (spoilers): oh my Lord this movie is an emotional rollercoaster ride. That last bit with the shot of the recipe and the instructions not to throw out the ones that look bad but just to cut out the rotten bits and keep the rest. And how Nana says it's these apples that make her recipe the best. Kinda like a metaphor for people bouncing back from hard times or hard situations like Jess, and that they turn out to be the best people. Loved it to bits. I know it's weird to point this out but I like how her as a woman used her wits to fight two guys. It made this more believable. HW movies would prolly have the girl kicking the guy off of her or picking up a 2x4 and swinging it abt 4 to 5 times at the guy. I'm not saying a woman of her size cant but adrenaline wears off fast once your factor in the exhaustion and hurt shes in. So yeah the small details made this movie.

  • This looks really cool but it would be awesome to watch regular TV and get this trailer as a commercial! Since this is first movie I might imagine the promotional budget is small but still even if it was on FOX and not in between NFL Games lol! Something to get the word out there would be a smart move even if it is a smaller station :)

Run Hide Fight was independently produced in 2019 and premiered at the Venice Film Festival under the Cinestate banner. • Do NOT watch 'Emelie' (2016) then. GREAT horror-thriller but after watching that flick, you will NEVER hire a baby-sitter EVER again! P.S. ...Or 'Don't Say a Word' (2001), which, coincidentally, is based on a novel by Andrew Klavan. Maybe not 'Panic Room' (2002) either. P.P.S. I think they are just reeling in people with thrillers first before moving on to other genres.
