RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
3 medium tomatoes, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fry 2-3 cloves of garlic over high heat.
1 pepper
Fry well and simmer over medium heat
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons hard cheese
5 eggs.
Do not damage the yolk
Salt to taste
Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes
The scrambled eggs are ready!
Dill (optional)
