Welcome to the Scrapyard! We are a LEGAL backyard Fight organization Located in the Pacific Northwest. We Are a Branch of the largest fight organization in the country, STREETBEEFS. The Scrapyard was created in 2020 by "Firechicken", a former Amateur MMA fighter, Wrestling coach, and Boxer. The main branch of STREETBEEFS was created in 2008 by Chris Wilmore aka Scarface. Streetbeefs as a concept was created in order to stop street violence with it's "Guns down, Gloves up" movement. The Scrapyard holds monthly fights in our Pacific northwest location. No money is involved in any way, we do not pay fighters or charge any sort of admission to our events. We aim to give people a place to start their combat sports journey, meet people, solve beefs, or just test out their abilities.     • @RobotReg, If you look at the slow motion of the sweep, the guy would have fell a lot harder if Solo sweeps behind the leg instead of in front of it. In martial arts class we were taught to never grab the guys leg like that, we would get pounded bad if we held the leg for too long.

  • Legend has it, that Solo once fought a wild Alaskan Bear. After a severe mauling Solo grinned and Roared back.... "That all you got you damn Bear!" Knowing that this was a fight he could only lose, the Bear retreated back from into the woods. Recounting the story for beer the Bear knew it had tangled with a legend. That lucky Bear.     • He didn't turn his hips into that kick. These guys have very little training whatsoever. Terrible footwork and no core strength. There is a reason in Muay Thai why we do so much ab and core work and also stand on our toes. Look how much energy he expended running around flat footed. Would like to see a rematch after they have another year of hard training and sparring. Nice sweep by fatboy though

  • I understand Solo has been approached by several potential managers and contacted by promoters. I hope he can handle the fame! One technical observation, I notice for a big man Solo has shown pretty good endurance in his previous fights. I attribute that ability to an aspect of his "Drunken Master" style: He allows his arms to hang relaxed quite often which conserves energy. Instead of draining energy holding his arms up to block his opponents punches he instead uses his iron jaw and face. His opponent will then overly expend useless energy landing punches to Solo's head only to tire quickly. I guess you could call it Solo's version of "Rope-a-Dope."

    • @@yourface3154 I know. My comment was meant to be taken as Satire to criticize his obvious lack of good technique as shown in his previous fights. Given his crazy style and behavior he is gaining a huge following because his fights are fun to watch. I have to expect the Streetbeefs folks are well aware of that and are carefully choosing Solo's opponents so as not to put him up against a skilled fighter.

  • Solo kicked Bob Ross's arse....Solo reminds me of a bouncer at a bar that I got into it with because I let my friend back in after he got 86'd. He was 5'8ish and like 275lbs. He charged me and threw me out...I didn't argue as I deserved it. I mule kicked the back door and the bouncer rushed out like a pit bull. I fired of 4 of the most fierce punches to his lips and he didn't budge. I was shocked he didn't wobble, but he stopped in his tracks and told me to 'git. I know he was hurt, but he took those shots like Solo....tough chin. Bravo Solo as that backfist was money and taking that chin kick and capturing the leg and the final leg kick was epic.

  • Solo’s technique is so masterful. His striking skills are on another level. I heard the rumor that he’s been approached by multiple major fighting organizations, but he turned down the offers. It’s too bad. I would love to see him show the world who the best really is. He is the one true goat.

  • I saw probably every Solo fight there is and I can tell you one thing. You can't really hurt him, better not try to. He has strength and stamina to win any fight, but most of the times and every fight he lost is not because other fighter was better, but because his powers are too hard to handle with his mortal body. You know it's true, he has his own style, and no one knows what he is doing exactly.
