its because of G4S's cost cutting initiatives, that not only puts the lives of the cash custodians at risk but also those of the community, at SBV services, a custodian is flanked by about 4 armed guards who are on the look out for situations like these, but G4S continues to send a driver and just 1 custodian with no back up, even after being targeted by criminals so much. its a shame that the executives sitting behind big desks and high walls are not the ones experiencing this trauma, sies G4S

The guard should not have had to open his own door. He simply had too many moving parts to deal with. He had to observe his surrounding, open the door, deal with not being able to hold his gun in the other hand, and deal with whatever that piece of paper was.
