HE FINALLY GOT HIS CIGARETTE 🫡🫡🥲🥲🥲
Like Big Boss 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I think Capcom making Luis a former Umbrella employee is one of the best changes they made to his character. It makes his relationship with Leon more significant and meaningful. This is someone that, unknowing to him, indirectly ruined Leon’s life, both because of his research for Umbrella and his research for Los Illuminados. So in Luis’ final moments, when Leon sets aside those differences and lights Luis’ cigarette for him (with an Umbrella lighter as well), it makes the scene far more impactful. Despite everything, Leon still sees him as a friend.
This change works since it makes things more personal between Leon and Krauser.
It got personal in the OG version when Leon found out why Krauser abducted Ashley.
You’re just riding the trending opinion about this version is better because now it makes more personal dealing with Krauser. It doesn’t makes sense because in the last moment before he died he redeemed his old self back he wasn’t naturally a bad person. Why would you think making something more personal on a side character that just showed up at the middle of the game is better than being more personal to the main antagonist of the game?
@@renegilramos3661 Why the criticism? 🙁Before Darkside Chronicles, there was barely any backstory for Krauser in the original game other than he and Leon used to be partners before he turned traitor and faked his death. I think it does makes sense that remake Saddler wouldn't want to get his hands dirty and sent Krauser to kill Luis and get the sample.
@@renegilramos3661 idk Maybe the same reason ppl riding on krauser so much in the re4 og despite he didnt have any buildup or chardev at all If anything, krauser killing Luis really add depths to Krauser as villain.
@@PeanutButterAndJellyBros we don’t know anything about Krauser in the original.
I hadn't realized it, but in the original Resident Evil 4 Leon pronounces Louis instead of Luis
I think its not Louis. But it sounds like "Lewis". Idfk
The name is spelled either Louis or Lewis in the English sense. While Luis is Spanish.
Man, luis death in the remake feels like big boss death in metal gear solid 4
Exactly! I'm not the only one that felt that way lol.
🎶DAN DAN DADADAN DAN DAN DAN!!!🎶
I cried when I played this part in the remake. Couldn’t even hold it in !
Me too i still cry till this day
I love new Luis so much, lmao. It’s like Carlos but without a forced attraction to Ashley or Leon
The new Carols isn't "forced attracted" to anyone. He's just a better character than the terrible remake of Jill.

This death is so much better. Never really cared about luis in the OG. I actually love his new character
Nah man , OG Luis was my favorite character, they made him more ugly in the new one but still good performance
I love how Leon screams his name, even though he saw like three times in the original. It always made me laugh.
@@andrewtucker8674 these people never played the original one. These are the same people who go old is ugly and bad. :( it’s a shame
@@KuraudoSutoraifu7 Resident Evil 4 original was my first game ever, and I gotta say, the Luis death in the Remake is much better
Same here. The original game doesn’t really give you a reason to care about Luis. He barely does anything. In the remake he has more depth and personality. His death is more impactful. In the original it’s too overdramatic.
Bro in his remake of playing this part I CRIED SO HARD cuz luis is my fav Character in resident evil 4 and seeing him die was just SO sad as he was So funny even in his death he was Still funny so sad to see him go RIP luis we will always remember u...
At least he dead with style in remark.
And less brutal
So disappointing that Re4 remake forgot to put Leon scream "LUIS....LUUUUUIIIISSSS!!!!!"
I feel like it’s good still it’s kind of more tragic in the new one
Bruh, How?
It was so cringe tbh 😂
That was damn cringe
Yeah, it was more tragic.
Krauser now sounds like Kick Buttowski
Hahaha
I hope Luis is actually still alive maybe get a dlc with him escaping such a cool character I hope he’s not dead
He is dead. Let it go
He is definitely dead. 😂
More realist in remake ❤
Resident evil shouldn't always be realistic
@@Killer-hy9ly yea
@@Killer-hy9lyit's not always realistic tho, not even in the remake.
@Libellum true, but I just hate that that's Capcoms excuse to not include certain things in their recent titles.
@@Killer-hy9ly i really hope code veronica doesn't get the re3 treatment of missing content
this remake is just better in every way and people who say otherwise need to actually play it
yes, I think its dumb that mercenaries isn't on disk since they could have just pushed the release of the game back a week or 2 lol and the U3 boss fight not being in the game sucks. That said I feel WAY more invested in the story in this game. Story isn't the most important thing to me though. The gameplay in remake is really something special just like OG RE4 was back in the day. You can get so creative and flashy with the combat.
@@MR_HAYS1 U3: Aight, say less bud.
shoutout to that absolute madlad. may he get all the ladies up there.
In the remake is more emotional
Nah
In both Luis' death, I think they're both equally as emotional. Leon wasn't rude to Luis in the original but he certainly was a douchebag to Luis in the remake but it made sense why.
@@PeanutButterAndJellyBros when you meet someone that take a part in turning whole city into zombies you'd be pissed as well.
@@glendjunuslodoli211 The douchebag attitude of Leon got old during the middle of the underground scene with Leon and Luis. Luis told he wants to make amends but Leon rolled an eye on that. It took Luis dying for Leon to be sympathetic.

Que? Censura?
Literalmente RE4 Remake tiene uno de los niveles de gore más altos vistos en la saga bruh (aunque igual algunas muerte si fueron medio censuradas pero en su mayoría tiene un nivel de gore alto comparado a otras entregas)
Saddler was worse
Thank you for the spoilers. I love spoilers!
Old re4 is tha best
Capcom changed his death. In the original, Saddler kills him in Salazar's Castle but in the remake, Krauser kills him in the mine under Salazar's Castle.
The most disappointing thing in the Remake for me, Luis simply dies because of Nothing, in the original he dies more like a hero he deserved.
Lol Luis dies after saving Leon like a hero in the remake,he also gives Leon the key to his laboratory to remove the Plagas,in the original he got the tentacle p*rn treatment and died for nothing.
Are you drunk, blind, or just plain crazy?
You're just a crazy delusional fan blinded by nostalgia, LMAO. I hope you regret saying this, Especially after Separate ways released

@@kingstarscream3807 this is a different version of Luis death though.

it's a remake stupid
Game released 20 years ago bro
Literally 95% of the playerbase already played the original
no one forced you to enter youtube or the video plus the game is almost 20 years old
the game is probably older than you
The original is better. Someone said the change works because it makes things more personal between Leon and Krauser, but that's silly. Krauser is not the final villain. It makes more sense for things to be more personal between Leon and the final villain (Saddler). It gives Saddler ethos (credibility). Krauser's credibility comes from the fact that he knew Leon in the past, and more than anything, from the fact that he successfully kidnapped Ashley, functioning as the catalyst behind the operation. On that note, it was also a dumb change to have turned Krauser into Leon's former teacher. He should have remained Krauser's former teammate. In the original, they were portrayed as former partners, equal in status, which increased the sense of rivalry. That's where Krauser's iconic line, "comrade," came from (which, by the way, they entirely eliminated from the remake).
This game is flop you cry now
Part 4's verison is more horror but can open itself up to jokes. Still better.
Yeah that lack of him saying Comrade does annoy me too
As a fan who played it day 1 on the GameCube I actually prefer the remake on almost everything. The game was actually quite corny after playing this mature masterpiece. And that’s the brilliance in it. You played when you were a kid it was campy and humorous and light hearted. Us same fans are now mature and have lives, families and seen how the world is for better or for worse. The beauty is they made the game with that in mind. The remake is how I imagined the original was as a child. But now it’s dark gritty and mature. I appreciate that. This is the definitive way to experience the game.
@@mikehatten5738 which year when you played this game first??
RE4 Genwunners are funny and cringe.
In my humble opinion luiz's death was... don't get me wrong "without much emotion" he shouldn't die by Krauser's hands, as much as it is cliché, just imagine... "Luiz separates from leon after the fight against the 2 giants, but realizes that leon will have problems with krauser, and helps him as he helped moments before he died, so far so good, heading to the island, meets Ada, she in turn is charging again for the amber that she wants so much, and he convinces her that he will get it, moving on to the part where leon will remove the plague from ashley in luiz's own laboratory, leon puts her in the chair and then due to the las plagas viruses are evolving too much, leon before activating the machine, faints... think about the scene: Ashley despairs, because she is trapped and almost mutated too, it is at that time friends that he appears (which in MY OPINION was supposed to be the great hero of this game) himself LUIZ SERA, activating the machine for Ashley and in then to our protagonist: LEON S. KENNEDY..... Moving on to the final battle, Ada is knocked out by SADDLER and Leon is in trouble, and our hero appears again, only... this time.... sacrificing himself to save Leon..... Leon enraged, shoots straight shots at the saddler's weak point and finishes him off with the most OVER POWER GAME equipment that's right, the KNIFE. After the battle, Ada wakes up and they stay with Luis until her last breath, then the scene comes in where he tries to light a cigarette.... A cliché death? yes, but worthy of the redemption he so sought.... we kind of created hope that Luiz would come out alive in this remake, you know how I think? And the rest goes on as it is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ⚠️REMEMBERING⚠️ IT'S JUST ✨MY OPINION✨ I hope someone agrees with me, and that... Get to CAPCOM™ THE GAME IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE, I KNOW THAT, BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN THAT WAY.... The game is note 10! I really liked it, but .... Luiz, right .... Deserved more!
Mentally unwell.
