Best part about working as a broadcaster is marketing yourself as a brand. Brand association will pay you more than the station itself so as a DJ you wil l geg mkre gigs, as a model you will get more gigs, as a designer you will get more gigs, etc. As a self employed professional you will get to charge more for your services just because of it

How many times per week, maybe a Saturday show 2hrs to 3? that's actually a lot(or its just okay). You get other gigs that pay more or less, so it's up to an individual to scale up while also creating a brand.
