Red blush? Yes, please! It seems strange, but I find it hard to go wrong with red blushes. And I'm pale as a ghost, too!
I’m with you Bina. I am Casper personified but there’s something so fresh about a sheered out red!
Same, I have a slight olive undertone, and I reckon maybe somehow the green/yellow cast of the skin somehow neutralises the red somehow. But in general red is quite a universal colour, especially when sheered out. Not every shade of red for everyone, but in general it's a great tone for most.
ALSO here's my customary warning for the warm-toned/yellow-toned girls looking for a true orange blush: that Cha Cha TInt has a VERY RED undertone and will look CORAL ON YOU, not ORANGE. Go for an orange with a yellow undertone like Milk Makeup Lip & Cheek Stick in Swerve, or the Phytosurgence Blush Bomb in Molten.

I really like the idea of a video going over bad/disappointed dupe videos. That could be fun. I love the way you approach affordable makeup and don't recommend it just because its affordable. I hear a lot of people say... Its good for the price, to me that is still a waste of money when there are better formulas out there. I would really like to hear about the things that you weren't too crazy about tho.
I second the idea in the bad hyped up products. Most of the ELF products I have tried over the year are OK. I think their makeup brushes and tools are good quality for the price and work in a pinch but their makeup products simply don’t work for me. I’m always tempted to try them but honestly I think Milani and L’Oréal have consistently good makeup at the drugstore.
I think the same. I have for example the famous Halo Glow and it emphasises every pore even trying different skin prep and foundations underneath… Don’t get the hype…
I on the other hand LOVE halo glow & their og cc cream.. makes my skin look like there's a filter on.. I think it's the difference in skin type etc

That’s a bummer that Elf products don’t work for you. They have such great products that so many influencers love them. I’ve only tried a couple of the Elf products but I want to try the ones that everyone loves but are always sold out in the brick and mortar stores. I’ve also heard good things about Milani too. Of course I think the OG Maybeline and L’Oréal etc are great too. I love that influencers try the drugstore makeup and recommend the ones that they love. The Elf Halo Glow is really pretty. I gifted it to my friend that only uses luxury makeup and she loves it. I hope it works for you too.

The Moira blush in “ILY” might be a good shade match for Exhibit A. It’s a matte liquid formula, and it’s affordable. ❤️🍓

In terms of k-beauty videos, I'd really love a round-up of the TRULY wet-looking glitter shadows you've found from k- (and j-beauty, if you've tried any) beauty brands. Glitter shadows are SO inconsistent in k-beauty and many that look good are a total letdown so I'd love a vid like that!!!!

Love your declutters and reviews, it is so helpful for comparison and especially so much insight instead of us trying constantly without finding what we're looking for, you do some of the best swatches and reviews out there on top of such superb analysis and presentation! One thing I found funny and I found myself saying "oh no wait!" was you decluttered basically so many shades with more nuanced colors and you are left primarily with a whole lot of orange and brick tones - not like its bad or anything, especially for preference but I actually think cooler or more neutral tones (at least the bright magentas/and more mauve tones - it adds such a pop of color, joy, and brightness, whereas the brown/reds/oranges are more a sunny/ruddy look) could really suite your fair complexion and even if you did not so much want to prioritize the tones, still think keeping a few options in your whole collection might be wise instead of so many duplicates of the same sort of two tones that maybe you either like the best or gravitate towards - just a thought, a brief observation perhaps before you fully declutter everything!
Red blushes for the win! I share your love of reddish bronzers and that sort of thing. I recently got a the undone water bronzer in Sangria, and the water blush in Cherry. The bronzer color is just gorgeous, and not patchy like the original color kinda was. Pop a little of the Cherry blush on the cheeks, ugh. So good! They also make stunning lip tints. Such an underrated brand. Thanks for this incredible video!

Yes PLEASE do a video on bronzer/blush hybrids. I bought my first two bronzers last summer (merit and tower 28) and I almost never wear them because they just don’t look realistic on my skin tone. I prefer a blushed bronzer or a bronzed blush.

Milk Werk is my absoluuuuuute Holy Grail 🤍 such a beautiful blush! So many powder blushes look amazing on top of it as well to give it that extra *mph* Coral over top, the coral in the shade comes out more, Dusty Rose on top… oh just absolutely stunning. I am close to your skin tone and i have dry skin. So cream blush is my favorite kind!
