It may not always seem like it, but the Earth is constantly changing beneath our feet. Shifting sands, erosion, and volcanic activity all lead to the creation of new islands. In today's video we are going to explore 15 of the newest islands in the world. h

  • You're confusing Sandy Point Island on the coast of Connecticut and Rhode Island, United States, with the Sandy Point in Newfoundland, Canada.

    • Exactly what I was going to say. The map was in the USA, but all the talk was about Newfoundland, in Canada.

  • To us the world seems old, but with continents shoulder blocking each other in rambunctious high spirits, causing mountain ranges to appear like ripples in a pond and with volcanic islands rising and falling like pistons, the Earth is obviously still in the prime of its life. It's just all happening too slow for mayflies like us to notice.

  • Very cool that the narrator makes a genuine effort to pronounce places and other words in the diff. Polynesian and the other languages he took a stab at 🤝🏼 . Most channel owners or narrators not only don’t truly try to get it right , but they come off mockingly expressing that they believe their language(s) to be less than sophisticated . 👍🏽 well done . But it’d be hella impressive if you did a search on all the words and click on that icon to hear how to say them .

    • Hi there, I'm the narrator for the channel, thank you for your comment. I do indeed research and try really hard to get all pronunciations as close as possible. But, sometimes certain languages ( Icelandic or Welsh for example ) are really challenging for me. But I'm always trying to get better with them. This type of content, with so many different languages in each episode is especially challenging. Having to jump around from language to language just makes the next one sound more unnatural. But I'm trying hard to make sure to get as much accuracy as my American mouth will allow. 😀

  • The occurrence of stoms, rains, ice, and floods at times and in unexpected places, confirms my theory the end of the (dynamic horizontal movement )which needs to balance and it sill under control to balance... But about earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, sinkholes, tsunami, dry lakes and rivers, flow of water from the mountains and hills, explodeand of eyes water from the ground, formation of new mountains or islands, collaps of mountains ,and cracks on ground,& ,& ,&,they are out of control or balance... Note :The earth will become like Venus... Yousif A Tobiya

  • Abstract : The energy that dominates the earth is very great, some of it is natural, like the heat of the sun and volcanoes, and some of it is human action, by cutting down trees, without replacing them and cultivating in their place... There are five forces that control or dominate the planet... 1- The first theory (horizontal dynamic movement) and its end... The occurrence of storms, rain, floods and snow, at unexpected times and places, is because of the expiration of this theory, which needs to be balanced... 2- The second theory (vertical dynamic movement) and its end... This movement or force controls or dominates the earthquakes, earth cracks, drying up of rivers and lakes, earth openings, mountain collapses, and the emergence of drinking water springs on the ground... It becomes out of control... These phenomena increased due to the end of this theory... The third theory: it is water that rotates the earth... The fourth theory: the Earth's axis of rotation has tilted 2° degrees... The fifth theory: The Earth has a new orbit... These studies had completed and sent on July 26th 2000 YOUSIF A TOBIYA

    • well, not god's surprise. and really, not a surprise. volcanos release a tremendous amount of unstable energy, unpredictably.

    • @@matthewhayes3142 Think what you like, but God, and you spelled it wrong, created everything that has been created. He even knows all the stars by name, so He designed everything, too! The volcanoes are doing what God created them to do!

  • You can imagine the Earth without water, as water balances the shape of the Earth, its rotation around itself, and around the sun. Tides are considered a safety valve for the Earth and its rotation. As the water melts, the Earth slows down its rotation. Water has increased due to the melting of the ice caps in the poles and the Himalayas, and thus, the rotational force also increases... Now: The length of the year now is [365 1/4 +_(2 minutes)]... These studies were completed and sent on July 26, 2000... Yousif Ayoub Tobiya

    • @matthewhayes3142 What will you say now? Now, now, now...The Earth is more than 50,000 km away from the Moon, and is close to the Sun and the planets. Therefore, the Moon’s terrain cannot be seen with the naked eye like before...The Earth will be lost in the depths of infinite space... This phenomenon confirms my fifth theory (the earth has been lost in the depth of space)... Yousif A Tobiya
