Your videos are amazing. Amongst the main ideas, there are lots of little ones sprinkled like little jewels for the sharp-eyed watcher. Thanks so much for your hard work.
I like all three finishes. I can see a fully matte black finish being good for camera accessories as you wouldn't have to worry about light bouncing off of it.
hi
Every time I see one of your videos I am like... Damn, I want to do that! Eventually I will do quite a few. lol Thank you for all of the time and effort you put into everything. You totally make it seem so easy and your projects always end up so well made.
hi
😅The same do I
Wow, that's so cool!!! Thanks for making this extremely clear and concise detailed guide shown on this process! I will keep this video for my reference when attempting my first anodizing.
That's a great camera set up you have for filming KZhead videos. Thanks for explaining the anodising process so clearly and concisely. Maybe I'll try that one day.
Thank you, I have been waiting for this video since the router table build, beautiful job, well done.
Amazing job as usual, it is finally great to see your video devices, now I know how your videos are recorded in such a high quality. Thanks for sharing
Amazing video.Could you continue plating videos .For example could you make a video about soldering coating tip ? Maybe a 3-4 mm copper rod converting long life solder tip .I sure it will make great project with your high level knowlodge Thank you for this great video too
I like the way you started that tap, very clever!
Now we know how woodpeckers colour their woodworking tools. Fantastic video once again
Very well done! Thank you for sharing.
Best results for surface finishing when your anodizing this is mirror polish. Thanks for great video!
QUE CHINGON TRABAJO.........QUEDO BIEN PERRON......GRACIAS POR SUS VIDEOS.......SALUDOS.....
I love it. Thank you for sharing.
I'm almost disappointed you didn't build the metal milling machine yourself, from high quality plywood and with the care and precision you spoiled us until now :)
Brilliant. Thank you.
is that lead your electroplating it with?
Absolutely Brilliant! None Finer.
hi
You're so efficient you even move efficiently
Nice work....Do you provide ornithopter design. i needed
Nice and clean work! One thing though - it's oxygen bubbles, not air. It's supposed to bubble :)
Bravo.
hi
Wow.. I need to Try it. Great video Bro 🙏
Thanks for sharing those tips and the make! looks good!
hi
The part you ended up using looked great but even the first piece that was a bit dark & matte wasn't bad-looking. Maybe for a more industrial application it might be perfect. Is one or the other more scratch resistant or color fast? Anyway, it was a great project and a lot of work for one part, but thanks for sharing!
Trabajo de mucha precisión, enhorabuena y felicidades JSK-koubou
Whaou ! Whaou ! Good job 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Your camera rig is amazing thanks for the high quality videos sir ❤
Thank's you friend, for tour work, I wish you a Merry Cristmas and Properus 2022, gretings dron CDMX
Since lead is so hazardous, can the lead electrode be replaced with copper?
Great video! Can you, or anyone, explain how you achieved the mirror shine ? It seems that you repeated the process, unless I missed something. Perhaps you adjusted the volts / current with the anodizing process? ?
hello, according to your video , if i try the process myself. is alimunium also good for cathode side? thanks for the reply.
You are just so clever great video
Ok, it's time for a blooper video. Your skill level and creativity is making some of us feel a little inadequate 😉
Great video. Thanks. You demonstrated and shared new skits. @07:07, it is difficult to identify what chemical it is. Can you specify better. Many thanks and congrats again for these so nicely edited videos. Same question @07:43.
Turn on captions.
That’s beautiful work
Could beet juice be used as a dye?
😍😍👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
hi
Beautiful work, can I suggest putting a bolt into your thread before sandblasting to protect the thread?
I think the damage is very small and can be ignored. However, I wouldn't deny trying it if it bothers you.
Can you anodize aluminum in a rose gold color? Do you have any tip, voltage, anithing?
This is a very clear demonstration of the process. I've wanted to try this for some time but I'm always concerned about storage or disposal of the solutions afterwards. What do you do with several gallons of dilute sulfuric acid between jobs? You can't leave it in a tub that might get bumped or knocked over. Do you pour it back into the jug? What about spills and splashes? And you still have to clean or wipe out the tank. The same for the nickel acetate. These chemicals are too expensive to discard each time but even if you wanted to, how do you get rid of it? You can't just dump this stuff down the drain or on the ground. How do you deal with that?
You neutralize acids with baking soda. Then down the drain.
Hi, I've been looking for this process for a long time! What products are needed and the process sequence, where can I find them?
Beau travail. Bonne fin d’année
That arm is like "magic" :^)
Top ! Can you add written titles to your videos of the products you use? On the video or with a list in description, they are difficult to identify. Many Thanks ;)
hello
Nice shop/lab.
Hola genial tu contenido.
omfg that is soooo beutiful. good job!
Hello friend, May I know nicket acetate's role on that process? Can we have same effect with direct boiling water?
Lovely. And very high quality video as well. Question: do you believe it could be possible to anodize an aluminium bicycle frame? I'm talking about the size of it, cost, plastic boxes/thubs dimensions...? Thanks and congratulations once again.
Yep bike frames are fine, you just need to make sure any steel is removed first. It's just a case of finding a container big enough to fit it in.
@@Squirrelking4395 thank you mate. I appreciated it.
Golden Hands!!!
Good day..can i as you?the material that you anodize is 6061 or ordinary?
I can't find The nickel acétate how Bad Is thé result if I don't use It, thanks
Great 👌
The workshop becomes the science lab. 😄
awesome engineer!!!
Its great!!!
*Well done.*
What percentage h2so4 did you use? Was that deionized water in the red dye?
I explain in the subtitles of the video. Am I missing something?
@@jisakukobo G'day JSK, No you are missing nothing. But Like others until I read this reply of yours, I had been mesmerised by the video with the sub-titles off. :-/ OOPS
Nice job as always JSK ..although some in-video description of materials used and some basic information would be appreciated...
If you haven't yet turn the sub-titles on ;-)
@@patw3980 🤦♂️...didn't think of that.. I guess it would be easier than inserting it in the video.thx
Que entretenido el vídeo.
Don’t you always want to add cutting oil before drilling or tapping metal?
Really fantastic!!! But you have forget to translate the name of materials you have used! The second improved version is more fantastic!!!!
Love your channel. Curious to why you have a microphone on your camera setup. I have never heard you talk in your videos 😄
So if he doesn't talk you'd rather have dead silence vs hearing the tools and build process take place?
Another great video, thanks for sharing...lets make rocket!!! lol
What is your source for all your extruded metal?
Perfekt!...👋👋👋
why use oil?
Good 💞 👍 💞
Well said.

Im having problem with reducing the temperature of sulphuric acid and water. It is not getting any cooler than 25°. If I add more water the acid will get weak. What should i do?
I tried to anodize it when the acid and water was on 40°. Nothing happened. Then i watched your video again. Still trying to decrease the temperature. Please suggest me something.
@@ammarhussain8149 Maybe the acid container inside another container full of ice ?
I hope you will share my videos with your friends!
so cool
Nice
Hard anodized?
I don't know what it's called in English. I don't know what it's called in English, but a literal translation of the Japanese would look like that. It is a very hard anodized aluminum.
Hi! How are you? Amazing job. I want to try anodizing. May I ask you something from the router table video? For months, many of us who follow you have been trying to find the extruded aluminum profile that you use for the fence. Could you please share a link or tell us where to buy it? Thank you! Your work is amazing and I would really like to build that table.
I would try McMaster Carr, they have a lot of extruded aluminum. It’s used commonly in engineering and workshop applications. Not sure about his specific fence though
Hi everyone, Could you tell us English names of the chemicals that you have used in the video.
dont want to spoil but you could use super clamp, to clamp magic arm to tripod ;-D
When I was at school I have been told to never scribe aluminium as it will start fatigue cracks
Some people use onion peels to dye eggs on easter in my country :D

kzhead.info/sun/Z6dqZ9xxsIGonn0/bejne.html
Awesome
Thanks

Hello friend, I need help, please. I am a beginner in aluminum anodization. I have 92% sulfuric acid. I want to convert a liter of distilled water. How much do I add 92% sulfuric acid to a liter of water in order to obtain a suitable sulfuric acid bath for anode? I will be grateful to you for your kind words. Thank you.
Ok, starts the tap in the milling machine. I thought I was numb in the head for doing that. I guess not after seeing *this.*
Meanwhile in every other american DIY anodizidng videos, you need to strip down an entire car and chemical lab to achieve half of what its shown here! Amazing!
Those little bubbles are not air bubbles. They are being released by the reaction. If I had to guess it's hydrogen gas. Be careful with flames near that.
Just a suggestion - why not prepare each of the surfaces a different way, then when you anodize you are absolutely confident that's the only variable.
What do you do for living? Or are you a full time KZheadr?
fast independent retire early
@@jisakukobo good for people like us 😀 because the skills you have are marvellous 🤩. We learn a lot from your videos. Keep them coming. Really appreciate your work. 👍
😁👍
👍👍👍👍👍
👍👍👍♥️
I fell like watching a silent movie.
