This salad has been major for reducing inflammation in my body! Hope you guys love the recipe and make it because it so delicious!
I bought my kefir grains from here 2 yrs ago : www.yemoos.com/collections/cu...
I still have the same grains. They grow and multiply. When I get too many kefir grains I either give them to a friend or swallow the excess kefir as a probiotic supplement. I know it sounds crazy, but I promise you its AMAZING for your gut and inflammation. WAY cheaper than buying probiotics, even with the pasture local milk I use.

  • I LOVE that you have a green seasoning!!! People have no idea what a game changer that fresh green seasoning is as a staple in your fridge🤞 I use it for/on almost everything, even add a spoonful to my rice and also make my own compound butter with it ☺As another quinoa girly, I have tried a recipe my bestie used to make for me by making it as cilantro lime its a nice Chipotle take on it. Thank you so much for this and all the fire recipes queen!!!

  • Hi Camirra, the algorithm suggested your videos and I'm glad that happened. I'm now binge watching your videos and m planning on trying them soon. Both my parents and my aunt have soke form of mild arthritis and would want to make them some of the food here according to your instructions but one thing I have noticed is that some of the products in your videos are American and we don't have those in Zimbabwe. I hope that in your future videos u also suggest alternative ingredients. Thanks for the recipes
