I'm depressed, have anxiety, and am just a mess in general. I checked myself into the hospital for suicidal thoughts and wanting to. I'm out now and it's weird. I felt at home with others who are struggling. I got a tattoo that says "my story isn't over yet" to help remind myself that I'm not done, to not give up. Whoever reads this, hang in there. I'm struggling, but I'm not letting the evil thoughts win. Much love everyone ❤

I am currently playing this music to assist a little young person go to sleep. This young person has been through so much trauma as a child and night time is a trigger. He was so scared because before I came home they had a power outage at the hospital next door and had to rescue the people on the top floor (probably by helicopter and ambulances). He was hiding in the closet when I came home. Now he's resting at my feet listening to your music.

It's 4:00 am and I'm still awake. I don't feel all that tired, but I know I need to get some sleep. I think subconsciously I'm still bothered by harsh words, my spouse spoke to me earlier in the day. Verbal abuse hurts. This music is very soothing and healing to my soul.

My parents are divorced. My mom has a beautiful house, colors everywhere.... everything is nice and tidy.... and my dad’s house ..... it feels like a prison.... spiders and boxes everywhere..... no colors...... no decorations.... nothing..... DR Fan 4 ever talk to him about it. Tell him your issues with his house not feeling like a home. The situation might change if he’s aware there’s a problem. Offer to help him clean the spider webs and redecorate, maybe paint the walls a bright colour. There’s always something you can do
