  • Hell yes boys! I’m a Proud of you lads! Sorry to say I’m a Munster man! I was a Judo player and wrestler. I had a twin brother who died at birth. I’ve always felt lost and unsettled. I was born 3lbs 4oz (I’m a yank forgive my scales). I grew to be 6’3” 280 pounds but looked 230.. long arms and torso and short quads and long shins. I was decently strong. My back was always good. My best deadlift in 2003 before all the fancy gadgets and gizmos was 675 standard 605 Romanian My squat sucked due to frozen shoulder and weak stabilizers. 600ish With that said you boys are amazing! I’m so happy you found glory in sport. I do wonder what I would have been like if my twin wa alive. He could have outsized me!!!

  • I hope you guys have learned that rugby players, such as terry Hollands are the best at pulling vehicles because of the technique they learn from Playing rugby. If you put effort into learning this you both could be top points at wsm on the pull. This is something strongmen don't seem to realise.

    • Don't think they'd want to risk getting injured by getting flattened by a 180kg man, you underestimate the size and weight of these strongmen even without any real technique

      @lawrencebaker1811@lawrencebaker1811 Жыл бұрын
    • @@CreativeCache101 doesn't matter how big you are, a good, well timed and well placed rugby tackle will take down anyone. Your legs getting wrapped, hit low and from the side, and your own momentum and you're going down. Especially if you have no rugby experience and don't know how to defend against it.
