Recreating the immersive portals mod in vanilla minecraft hardcore 1.19!
I built a giant end island to create this insane looking illusion in minecraft hardcore!

If you have the Optifine zoom and you zoom into the void it has the exact same texture as black concrete powder. So good choice😁

One thing I would have used to make this easier is install the mod “Fulbright “ as it makes caves and anywhere dark as if it’s day👍

Great build! Tough the end crystals also sit on bedrock one block on top of the obsidian, to me it looks really weird seeing the crystals just sit on the obsidian like this.
What would you expect him to do? Place bedrock?

how to make a fake void: use whatever dark black block you want place tilted glass on top
Hey, maybe you can get a full bright texture pack so when ur in caves the caves will be fully bright instead of complete darkness, it can help you on your projects that require large holes 😊

for the end portal, in the latest version where you have skulk, you can use them for the portal they look very alike :)

How to take such project a step further: Go through the trouble of removing the bedrock underneath, turning the fake void into an ACTUAL void.
I appreciate you for making all these builds this one is very creative and as a creative person myself i could have never thought of this idea with the end portal i love this video and its not even done yet!

7:40 Silverfish are actually bugs, as a biology student i can confirm they belong to Phylum Arthropoda, class insecta (which is basically bugs with cockroaches etc) whereas rats belong to class mammalia like we humans do.

When ever I use the immersive portals mod, I always love to shrink myself down and hide in places where you usually couldn’t 😂

That's the Pehkuri/Pekhuri mod. (I forgot how it's spelt)
swap out the normal campfires with soul campfires because they do double the damage. this will clear the mob cap faster so more mobs can spawn :)
Wish he was on bedrock, I could have said trident killers, they're amazing and can kill anything that can fit into a 2×2 in literally about 3 seconds, and you can get instant kill with impaling 5

7:41 to answer the question, silverfish are bugs, they actually exsist in real life and are litterally found all over the place in the US, such as states like Florida get them everywhere. They’re about the size of a quarter and are super skinny.

Lockdown: *chooses powder instead of concrete bc of texture Also Lockdown: *switches to concrete for walls Powder could work if the walls were without bumps. As for the block of choice: they look different in the dark, so purple powder would look good imo

Silverfish are afected by the enchantment "bane of artropods" something that puts them in the same category as spiders cave spiders endermites and bees
You could use string underneath the concrete powder to make it look like it's floating

I’m not a regular viewer but I clicked on your video because of the unique idea presented in the thumbnail and title. Many people have done a version of the “immersive nether portal” but this is the first “immersive end portal” I’ve seen. I also really liked the idea of breaking up the hardcore world video formula by having a bed wars game halfway through.

sculk blocks actually look like outerspace or the void. ive used these blocks for my spiral staircase walls and it looks amazing :3

The whole point is that it’s see though the portal and not jump in the portal to see it
