A lot of things changed in a year. This list looks so much better! I basically agree with everything but Wildfrost, which is surprising because I have some strong roguelike opinions lol.
Thanks for supporting and watching. Means a lot coming from you Retro.
Retro! Nice! Hey dude! Love your channel!
I hope that Revita jumps up a tier once 2.0 comes out. Kind of shocked to know it would be in ur B tier as it was a long series there.
@@Burr_ you should play blasphemous, the messenger, hyper light drifter, there is no light, and hotline miami 1 & 2 cos those game are pretty good
@@VathanaLuy-nv5re the aren't roguelikes tho, they are metroidvanias But yeah, they're indeed very good games
Hades and Returnal do a great job of having a roguelite that you play to "arrive somewhere" (the former more than the latter) as opposed to most roguelites where you just play for the sake of each individual run being fun (which is totally fine). I wish there were more Roguelites like that, where there's an actual story
Children of Morta.
ETG and I’m only half joking masterpiece of a game
Dead Cells is one of my all time favorite games, the difficulty aspect is one of my favorite things about it, the accessibility options that are there to help out means literally anybody of any skill level can play and enjoy the game to its full extent, you can tell that is something really important to the devs. It absolutely belongs in S tier
Deae cells is pure fun. Gameplay wise, its in my top 3 games.
I actually wish they hadn't added the accessibility options. I had managed to get to 4 boss cells without it and then once the option was there, I ignored it at first but then after dying several times trying to kill the giant on 4 boss cells I eventually turned on the lives setting and then the game was ruined for me after that lol. Yes, you could ignore it and not turn it on, but for us weak willed individuals its too tempting. Whereas originally I was forced to GITGUD to achieve what I already had.
I'd say the main charm of Isaac is the cosmetics, it adds so much to the random feeling of each run because it's not only the effects or projectiles, but you also got the combinated cosmetics of the characters. I have 470+ hours on Isaac, and I believe I will never be bored playing it.
There is so much strategy in isaac, you can really manipulate the game to make insane builds. It really rewards experience. I tried many other rouge lites, but for me, too often it was just about, you find this and this weapon, see how far you can get with it. These days the newer rouge lites are better at giving players options to customize their builds, and it's great but to me there will always be something special about the freedom you have in isaac.
@@warezpl0 yeah agree with the strats, me on other roguelites probably would stick to 1 or 2 go-to strat because others are just not imba or not fun, but in Isaac, people above 100 hrs would get into the chasm of endless possibilities that Isaac provides. I've always been able to make knew imba combos in Isaac and trying to remember how to make it but almost never been able to recreate it, instead founding new imba strat in each and every run.
I've been on a mission to find a replacement to Isaac and truly, nothing else measures up in terms of possibility. I full cleared Tainted Lost and honestly, that's the biggest high I can see in the game. Just like The Lost, I'm ready to move on. Suggestions welcome 👍
I'm sure you already have, but if not I really do recommend Enter the Gungeon. It's the only thing that compares and though I think it is more difficult than Isaac, I also find it to be more fair. I have 1,788 hours in BOI btw.
Definitely one of my favs. Grabbed it for multiple systems. Also the top down, kinda Zelda dungeon visuals also make it more appealing imo.
GREAT short, in depth review (as you could) for every game you put on this list. Great tier list, needs Slay the Spire. Thinking about grabbing a few of these i havent played myself and maybe go back to some i left behind. Keep it up!!!
Thank you for always supporting! Slay the spire is very much needed, i agree
Nuclear throne is the grandfather of twin-stick shooter roguelikes it is one of my favorite games ever made the characters are amazing with their unique differences and the gun and enemy variety just makes the game more chaotic and fun alongside the fact it has my favorite roguelike mechanic of all time looping.
It looks VERY good. i think i have it on game pass if its still there. gonna need to try it
@@Burr_I’d definitely recommend it on mouse and keyboard over controller tbh
It's also easily one of the hardest
I agree with everything above
No Isaac and Risk of Rain 2 in S tier is a criminal offence
Binding of Isaac is so good, it's really very simple in mechanics but complex in execution.
RoR2 is kinda bad with what developers done in DLC
It’s subjective. let it go
People when opinion
Being really honest, isaac is a god tier in lore and story, but in gameplay kinda lacks. Weird hitboxes, floors only get interesting late game. In general it feels too basic, it's fun but compared to gungeon it's REALLY basic.
Highly recommend Children of Morta. It has a great art style & a solid campaign with a good story. Plus, after you defeat the campaign, you unlock another mode that changes a lot about the game and adds a ton of replayability. It also has 2 player coop.
Agreed
Second this.
LINDA FTW!
Such a gem of a game
Love this game
As an Isaac fan. I prob would have said the same thing 6 years ago. But man, I kept returning to it ever year or so and now I play it daily. You learn new things about it every time you play. There’s 34 characters with 12 completion marks per character. A lot of content and unlocks. With a casual 637 achievements. If you ever go back to it (like I kept doing) you’ll fall in love too.
I knew this review was going to be subpar as soon as this man said he cleared the game in 30 hours... No, no you didn't
@@mapouman Issac fans try not to get someone to dedicate hundreds of hours into a single game challenge (other games exist)
@@doug2555 bruh tf are you talking about? thats the point of roguelikes
@@mapouman Yup, Binding of Isaac not on S tier is a crime, it should even have its own category like SSS tier, nothing comes close.
agreed, EXCEPT fuck everything about Delirium. I hate that fight with a burning passion. I remain convinced that Delirium is one of the worst boss fights out there, and I'll gladly die on that hill.
Amazing video, crazy how in depth this is. You're gonna need another tier list in a year because sooooo many roguelikes are coming out now
Next one will be a 75 game list
@@Burr_ Make a part 2 of this video, adding new games :)
Good luck with noita, it is really really hard but most deaths can easels be avoided with experience and once you’ve mastered it you become an unstoppable god that fears of being one shouted after transforming into a sheep.
This video was informative and well paced. I also really appreciate all of the annotations. Thanks man!
Thanks for watching and supporting!
The sequel we've been waiting for. Great work 🙂
I love Hades for Zagreus and his character. And the storytelling. The way it is told and the characters react to what you do. I love the Zagreus being a sassy teen just trying to sneak out of his house.
Man, I tried to like this game but it’s not doing it for me. I installed the game 3 times already. I just don’t like the upgrades, don’t care about the characters and there’s too much going on on the screen. Good for you though! Love the doggy
@@benoitdufour3995 Not everything is for everyone. I respect that you didnt hate and just posted an honest to god opinion. Keep that up bud.

One thing I’ve always found a bit annoying about these collect ‘em all videos is the pacing, but you found the sweet spot! Good stuff dude, thanks ✌️
Thanks for watching and supporting! One of the most unique compliments I've gotten and love it
Heyo, thank you so much for including us and for the lovely rating! Enjoyed the list a lot! I'm glad to hear you keep your eyes out for updates too, as we are currently working on many cool things (just had a steam news post about it) :D
I read that post and am VERY excited to see those updates when they're ready. I LOVE the Dome! Thanks for watching and supporting!
Since I played almost all the S tier games in this list I decided to try the game I found most interesting that wasn't S tier in this list. Choice fell on Dome Keeper. Perfect game in its scope, you can really feel a strong game design among other very nice things. I'd say it's not an S here just because it's not a very "big" game. Even more appreciated played after the disappointing Cult of the Lamb. Thank you for the fun.
@@ernaldo1848 Wow thank you! I appreciate it :)
Thanks for making this tier list -- these things are always entertaining. Looking forward to your next iteration, which will hopefully include Slay the Spire!
Next one hopefully next year. Maybe Slay gets it own video
Noita too!
slay the spire , Roguebook , Rogue Lords (pleaseeee look at Rogue Lords) noone knows about that game!
One Step from Eden is a great game. Plenty of different build paths and multiple characters to play as. Maybe high A/low S tier even though the runs can sometimes feel too long.
At 30-40 mins it's longer than Hades but on par with Dead Cells or Gungeon. Good timing, I feel.
Great list! Gives a good overview of what is available when people are looking for another rogue-lite fix. Besides Slay the Spire I would also suggest looking at Monster Train and Astrea.
Don't see nuclear throne
Nuclear Throne and TBOI 🐐🐐
He said it in the end that he didn't play too much to give an opinion
I agree with this list for the most part. RoR2 is S tier. It is from recent memory the greatest early access game. It got continuous free updates. It is the standard now for 3rd person. Hades gets top down. Dead Cells gets 2D. I'd also say that Ship of Fools is way too low. Especially since with multiplayer, its such a fun chaotic time.
does slay the spire get deckbuilder? 😊
@@GolAcheron-fc4ugit definitely does
gungeon gets topdown for me
Risk of rain is not Rougelite is ROUGELIKE, you don't get stronger after run end
What is topdown? Fdom my memory, Hades & Dead cells were amazing, ROR2 was really boring
I tried Slay the Spire for the first time this year coming from a MTG background. I really loved it, put like 40 hours, got asension 5 or something like that and then got kind of burned out. So I started searching for other deckbuilders that run well on steam deck. I bought Wildfrost and tbh, at first I really didn't get it but not in a "it's too hard" kind of way, more in like a "I'm not understanding how to exploit this game", because at the end of the day, thats the whole point of roguelites from what I feel like. After like 15 hours I got my first win which felt lucky but after that run I surprisingly completed other 3 runs in a row with different "strats". The ending btw is very special and a really cool twist which I highly recommend beating it just for that. Anyway, what I'm saying is that I don't think Wildfrost has an issue being hard but it doesn't convey how to play it/strategize correctly so it feels hard at the beginning. It's a fun game, definetly on the high B tier for me, you should give it another try! Tip: x4 and x5 heroes and cards are very strong!
If you want to play another Deckbuilder I have two recommendations for you: Monster Train as a roguelite and Steamworld Quest as an RPG
@@Kejosruler Didn't liked monster train since it was hard to read on my steam deck and the aesthetic didn't quite did it for me
@@LucasVogel Awww too bad! A friend and I had a lot of fun with the game
One of my fav rogue like games is soulstone survivors, especially with the new update. would recommend as even a fresh start if built right can finish the game. the replayability is AMAZING.
Check out Rogue Genesia, you won't be disappointed I promise. There's a free demo.
curse of the dead gods is one of my all time favorite games i love the setting this Aztec Mesopotamia type of temple which is very unique and quite underused, i loved the character although quiet and not some sexy dude like zag from hades i loved his difference. i loved the runs the game play and the weapons and perks all quite interesting and worked well, the curse system was both cool gameplay and story wise in my eyes. and finally the difficulty the runs where you stomp everything including the bosses do exist but generaly you really have to learn the enemies and bosses move sets to win which felt like the pantheons in hollow knight. all in all 10/10 game in my eyes ive done 100% of the game including the weapons and the codex's i love this game.
You sell the game very well. makes me want to go back and try it again to be honest
It's a perfect steam deck game too!
Thank you for providing an unbiased review. I would like to suggest adding Slay the Spire to the S tier. Initially, I found it difficult to beat even at level one. However, as time passed, I learned to appreciate the game's amazing deck building mechanics. I have played it for over 300 hours now and it continues to be a favorite of mine.
You should add Against the Storm and Rogue Tower to your list. Very interesting takes on the genre and pretty fun :D
Crypt of the NecroDancer is another well known rouge like you should play
That game was so fire. Such a unique gameplay too!
Great tier list, it surprised me dozens of times. Just think you could have included Atomicrops, definitely one of the best and most creative roguelikes out there! It's just so underrated :(
Thanks for supporting! Atomicrops is one in my steam library, but never had the time to get too it
Just wanna say risk of rain 2 I believe should be s tier I have it on switch, Xbox and pc, and I played the first one as well. From the music to the artistic style to the difficulty to the characters to the enemies to the amount of things you can do in each run(combing artifacts and/or combining different items) I believe it is one of the best probably games I’ve ever played
it should be double S tier with a huge gap between the rest then S tier FTL, Slay the spire, Dead Cells and Immortal Redneck in no order.
@@Snailing_Suikahave you played tboi repentance?
This is an awesome list! I would suggest adding Monster Train, Moonlighter, Tangledeep, Slay the Spire and Don’t Starve to your rogue backlog. Those are all some of my faves and definitely worth trying!
dont starve has some rogue aspects to it but i think it would be better classified as a open world survival game
If don't starve is a roguelike game then hardcore minecraft is as well
Spelunky 2?
@@guilhermebarao4866 Maybe, but Don't Starve is more roguelike than Darkest Dungeon 1 - and it's also on the list.
not having slay the spire on a list like this is insane, such a legendary game
Honestly, I think this tierlist is awesome, gave me a couple new games to try fs. Thankfully I wasn't around for the first one wher ETG was put in B tier lmao, the character growth is immaculate. I think 2 new roguelikes you need to try for the next iteration of this video is Duskers and into the breach. Both are incredible games, duskers is a bit more niche but into the breach I feel you might just love. Edit: I also forgot another good game imo, is crying suns, the story is incredible and the soundtrack rivals ETG imo. As a not so sidenote, duskers also has an incredible story, but its much more speculative, like iron lung. If you end up never playing these games and are ok with it, I'm more than happy to send a synopsis of my own.
Thanks for watching and supporting! I'll need to look up Duskers and Crying Suns as INto the Breach is on my list to play
"C is pretty good....that was me in highschool!!!!" XD great video man keep it up!!!
Probably the most underrated roguelike I've found is from the FTL developers called Into the Breach. It's puzzle focused but I'd highly recommend anyone check it out and it's a bit easier than FTL imo.
I think it’s in my library. It looks really good!
Yeah, Into the Breach has great climate and addictive music :) Ben Prunty did a great job with the music again after perfect FTL
I ll love to see your considerations about these: Astral Flux; Bio-Prototype; Voidigo; The Crackpet Show; Tombstar; Doomed to Hell; Mana Spark
dude i played mana spark and didn't finish teh game and I did like it, the problem was that i forget the name be cause when played it i did it in the laptop of a friend, but now i can finish it >:)
I am a casual indie roguelites gamer and my current favourite is "Slice and Dice". I think, I've played easily more than 100 h maybe over 200 h. Pros: You"ll always find new mechanics, combos and synergies while playing, since there are a lot of items, curses, blessings and characters. Cons: IMO, some high tier items dont feel like that powerful and a good run can be killed by a REALLY bad turn with 2-4 blank sides (which doesn't happen that often). All in all, when I replay it, it doesnt get boring and thats what I want from roguelites.
Absolutely agree, especially now that the massive new update came out. This is the only mobile game I have ever spent money on, it's so good
Your S Tier list is enough for me to be like... "Yo this guy is the realest."
Thank you for watching and supporting. Glad my S tier list is good to some people
@@Burr_ if Roguelikes had a Bible your S-tier list is on thar page lol.
One game I have not played in a long time that vampire survivors reminded me of is Beat Hazard. And now that my interest is regained in that game, I see there is actually a Beat Hazard 3 out now. If you like these "reverse bullet hell" kind of games, this also lets you play your own music that the game gets it's pace from.
Great list. My current jam is Halls of Torment. A Vampire Survivors inspired game with a Diablo 2 aesthetic. Tons of characters with different skills and a meta upgrade system that uses equipment. You definitely should check it out
I actually have played it a little after making this video! AMight be my 2nd favorite horde survivor after brotato!
Hmm looks great but still early access
You did a much better job this time my friend I was one of those people that said how is ror 2 not in your last tier list and I also was mad about your Issac rating but A feels more realistic especially with your reasoning. I still think it's S but I can deal with A. Crab champions is sick NGL
Thank you for the very nice comment and watching and supporting
Gloom's a game well worth playing; there was a sequel in the works, but it's kinda entered a hiatus in its development, and I don't know if it'll ever release. It was a one-man project, and it captivated me with its gameplay and atmosphere, both.
Was waiting to see where you ranked Neon Abyss, and no dice. Its probably my favourite of the genre. And as a couple others mentioned, Into The Breach and Sythetik are both very good. Both are worth checking out. Synthetik also has a sequel but I've yet to play it.
I love Roguelikes probably my favorite genre. I to have played most of the ones you did. But you missed a major one. Synthetik is literally my favorite Roguelike of all time and still is. I have almost 500 hours in it and still play it a lot solo and co-op with friends.
"Griftlands" is an incredible rogue deckbuilder.
Cool video. Love your open mindedness on these games. Very refreshing. Subbed
Thanks for the kind words and watching Means a lot
I am just now getting into roguelikes and i'm having a blast. Dome Keeper and Wizard of legend were fun little introductions to the genre and now i'm a few hours into Hades and it is absolutely amazing. Sifu has been on my list for a while as well, so that'll probably be next.
Project Zomboid and Nova Drift (two very different games) are both very good games that maybe vaguely meet the definition of Roguelike if you ignore procedural levels (as Brotato, Vampire Survivors, and Inscryption did) - PZ being a sandbox survival, while Nova Drift (much like Vampire Survivors) would just be called an arcade game, but has upgrades to make a great diversity of builds.
Well done review man! Very fair assessment on each of these roguelites! I'll definitely have a rewatch of this video whenever I feel confused as to which roguelite to play! Keep rockin it man! :)
Thank you! Thanks for watching and the kind words. Glad this video can help you find some games!
Great to see Brotato in the list this time! It's definitely my favourite of a lot of the games ive played, ive spent over 200 hours in the game and love it to pieces, enough to even write an entire steam guide on it to help people starting out, and strategies for every single character. So if anyone is looking in the comments to see if they should get one, i can personally suggest Brotato highly. Super fun, and so much to do!
Care to share links to those guides you made?
Love the list! Would love for you to try and play Noita and I’m very interested where it would site on your tier list 😂
I think i might do an end of year list for whatever games I play so hopefully Noita can sneak on
My one of favorite rougelite games is Nova Drift. Graphic style is like Space Invaders mixed up with Just Shapes & Beats. You play in 2D space as swift (mostly) spaceship destroying waves of enemy spaceships and at certain of them bosses. Defeating enemies give EXP. Collect it to gain levels. After each level you can choose skills.
I found curse of the dead gods also very hard. but when i realize you should play flame arrow and sometimes you can get the legendary shock bow it completly changed the game and was very fun, most weapons are useless though
Sifu B tier?
God dammit I love darkest dungeon. I only have very few hours in it but the turn based combat is so satisfying with the quick response from clicking an action and the narration.
Thank you very much! even tho you did not like some of my personal favorite as much as I do. you open my eyes to many roguelite I will buy and enjoy because of this video^^ seems I have alot of fun ahead of me still and I was thinking before I played all good roguelite so have to move on to other genres^^

Streets of rogue and rogue lands are also two incredible games you should try sometime. Streets is just hilarious and fun and rogue lands holds a special place in my heart
Amazing video and list my friend! If you find yourself the time, you should definitely try Ziggurat 2 and Nightmare Reaper.
Thanks for watching and supporting! I'll check those games out and throw them on my wishlist (which in reality is just a backlog for roguelites)
Great video, this definitely feels closer to how I feel about the games then the first list. Love how many great roguelikes there are now. PlateUp solo is really fun once you figure out how all the automation stuff works
i recommend into the breach It's made by the same creators of F.T.L and is a blast to play
good vid appriciate the time you put in :)
Thank you! These tier lists are always a lot of work. thank you for watching and supporting!
Just thought Id pop in to note that Wall World just got a bit of DLC that adds more stuff to the game, so might be worth a revisit. I haven't tried it yet but I will probably give it a shot this week some time.
You should try downwell, good little pocket rogue like game you can pick up, play, and enjoy very quickly
That's a great one.
Actually a super solid list. Anyone who's looking for another S-tier roguelite should check out Griftlands. Klei is always an incredible studio, and the production quality on Griftlands just blows everything else out of the water imo.
I enjoyed Griftlands for a while, but the actual gameplay started to feel bland too soon. Decks fall into set archetypes, there is just too much hard synergy and not a lot of space for creative deckbuilding. The actual RPG-like structure is really cool, I wish the game was better in the card battling regard, the potential would be astronomical.
Nice vid broski. i like how much u played each one in this list tp rate them all right. Good luck for ur channel!!
FTL also has an amazing mod called Multiverse. Ups it from the first 10 Ships to over 200 + some B and C variations. Also adds new Quests, Crew, enemies, Diffcultys, is huge.
holy shit. Ive never heard of that but assume it's all community made. That is INSANE
You mentioned a couple of them at the end, but ones I would suggest adding to your list are Slay the Spire, Nuclear Throne, HoloCure: Save the Fans, Nova Drift, and Hand of Fate 2.
Honestly ive had so much fun playing ship of fools with my partner. There's fun meta progression, and also a huge skill curve (first boss felt really hard, then second, then third, etc. - but once you learn it and get the feeling down it becomes way more manageable). To each their own, but its certainly not a D tier game imo, especially with a friend. Side note, the game becomes much more manageable with designated roles. My girlfriend manned the stronger turret the whole game, i focused on reloading/maintaining ship with a sentry turret
I think it’s probably because he hasn’t tried the co-op. It’s so much better with co-op I loved it playing with my partner
I’d love to see this list with Slay the Spire, Dead Estate, and Halls of Torment added, especially the last two, since we know that Slay the Spire is S-Tier Any thoughts on Dead Estate or Halls of Torment??
I have seen a bit of Hells of Torment and it looks very good! Dead Estate looks like a game I would enjoy as well. Twin stick action shooters, right down my alley
Slay the Spire auto S tier. Too good.
I agree with every single one of your S tiers except for RL2 which I haven't yet tried out. So I definitely know what I'm playing next.
I hope you LOVE it. It's so good
Awesome list , me personally I've gotten all achievements on RoR2 and TBOI so im a little biased, i gotta try more games on the list though
How did Noita not get into this list? 😭😭 enjoyed the video though
half of these games aren't even roguelite and neither is noita.
@@vilerite Care to elaborate? Look up the term rougelite kido.
Such a hidden gem channel
Thank you!
great review, thanks
Thanks for watching!
If you ever return to making a list like this PLEASE include Deadlink, that game needs so much press because it’s very underrated atm
Crab Champions is unironically very good and very fun with a lot of replayability haha. RoR2 should definitely be S tier especially because of mods but I understand the A rating haha
Crab champions was very surprising to me
Honestly for me I would say mods make a lot of roguelites into S tier for me. Slay the spire for example was fun but mods made it S tier.
Great games: Atomicrops, Dead Estate, Crypt of the Necrodancer, Undermine, Luck be a Landlord, Backpack Hero, DR LIVESY ROM AND DEATH, Dicey Dungeons, Going Under, Just King, Legend of Bumbo, Moonlighter, Ring of Pain, Slay the Spire, Spelunky, and above all (at least for now) Shogun Showdown. If they keep up the good work then that game is an easy A possibly S tier for me.
Lot of great games on that list in my library that deserve more playtime from me
Heroes of hammerwatch is my #1 roguelite. All the classes and replayability. Upgrading your town. Co op. Pixel art.
tboi becomes an easy s with all the dlcs, makes it so good and give it like 1000 items
im sorry bigearcat
A rogue-like I found that not many people have heard of is Void Bastards, its pretty cheep on Steam
Just looked it up and it looks really fun. Inspired by Bioshock gives me high hopes id like it
Looks peak ngl
honesty I'm really biased about enter the gungeon but the tier list is VERY solid. *cough cough* enter the gungeon best game *cough cough*
Thanks for watching and supporting! Gungeon one of the greatest of all time for me
A really slept on roguelike I wish more people tried was Going Under. While it's not as content heavy as the other games on this list the unique gameplay and artistic style is what makes me feel like it's worth mentioning.
I’ve had my eye on this one for a bit. The aerator is defiantly unique
I haven't played 99% of these so this is a good overview of the genre for me to check out
My man is a professional game critic, might cop a few of these games I didnt have/know of
Hope you have a lot of fun with whatever game you end up buying!
I'm not a Binding of Isaac lover either. It's not bad in any way it's just all the games that built on it / learned from it have improved on it imo. Don't come at be with the "it gets good after a 1000 hours" , simple fact; it's the game's fault if it doesn't grab you from the start.
You need to play blade assault for your next on. Keep in mind I've completed it and it was really fun BUT it can get repetitive after a while as it has quite a lot of difficulties, but it offers a variety of characters and different styles to play them. Have fun! It could possibly be A or B tier judging from this video, I could also be wrong but I believe you will enjoy it.
Thanks for the big list of games with your opinion about each of them. I'll suggest you to try Warm Snow, it's chinese game, feels somewhat similar to hades but it does a lot of the things differently. For me it's in S tier and I have the same opinion about Hades too.
risk of rain is S tier fr
its a goated game
Me who plays it on console:
Fun video! I would love to see you rank Halls of Torment next time.
Thanks for watching! Next time I do any sort of roguelite ranking it will be up there! Great game
You could try out Dicey Dungeons, though as it is based around dice it's naturally very RNG heavy
Would love to see if you like BPM: Bullets Per Minute
Thanks for the great video. And you may want to split Tape to Tape part cuz that section is also involves Tiny Rogues.
Thanks for watching and supporting and thanks for the heads up! Mistyped it in the description and never noticed
Enjoyed the list. I would highly recommend the roguelite Star of Providence (used to be called Monolith). It's one of my favorites!
Will need to look it up! Also, love the metroid profile picture! Top tier
I couldnt find a single comment talking about it, but i think Brutal Orchestra is one of my favorite picks that was missing in the list, i highly recommend it! Overall a very good tier i mostly agree with
Personal favorite Rogue Like is Noita. So much replayability, so much variety, so many systems. I have 1100 hours in it and still play it daily.
I’ve heard a lot of good things about it
I love Noita and the wand building is so cool it's just so frustrating how a really good run can just evaporate in under a second. The sheer amount of things that can completely blow through a full health bar in less than my reaction time even takes to register I took damage makes me rage
Did you unlock the other areas in revita?
Highlt reccomend the void rains upon her heart, got it about a month ago and already have over 50 hours in it!! Its a really fun shoot em up style rougelite with one of my favorire meta progressions
i feel like soulstone survivors and or noita would fit great in this teirlist both imo are great rougelikes
You need to play Crypt of the Necrodancer. It is the most difficul roguelike I've ever played and one of the most fun for sure. It is a mix of roguelike and rhythm game. Rogue Heroes is also great and it is a mix of roguelike and RPG adventure.
