This is a tutorial on an Espada y Daga (Sword and dagger) drill that involves 5 attacks from the feeder and a preconditioned response from the receiver.

@@bladesociety I stopped BJJ bc of money and no training partners available. I had been working as a Asset Protection Detective for a year at Macy's where I stop shoplifters. But I quit because the company sucks and they treat me like crap. I then became a security guard somewhere else. Now I'm searching for other things. So I am strictly focusing on Kali through PTK for now. I hope to rank up and be a guro in FMA sometime. Also wish I could teach Taekwondo. The jobs I had had no free time.
