Beautiful 1965 GTO! And love the rally 1 wheels and red line tires really compliments the car!❤
My dad had one when I was little and I WILL have,,I quit drinking and smoking and I am almost there!!
What a gorgeous '65 GTO. These are my ALL TIME favorite muscle cars... and having a 421 under the hood is a HUGE bonus. 😀
I wish I'd kept the one I own while I was in the service I had a 65 GTO raggtopp with 389 tri-power 4-speed
My dad had one (1966-72); I had one (1991-2005); and in retirement in South America I'm turning a '65 Lemans into a GTO clone. Like Ram-Air, your 421 was dealer-installed at substantial cost. Very rare... the Bonneville powerplant with tri-power.
I owned one in the early 70s and I had a blast, O ' the days of my youth!!!
"We Build Excitement, PONTIAC!"😉
I owned one in 1974 yap 4-speed yep 3 dues yep Dark Blue-Black enterer she would go by anything but a gas station. She loved the 260 Blue Sunico 104 octane. Yep, wish I still had her.
My grandfather had this EXACT car, nightwatch blue, 4 speed, tri power. Now belongs to my uncle.
Neighbor kid got brand new exact same one when 15 1/2... sat in a shed for 6 months until he was old enough to drive it... 3.90 rear end, though... 389"... no air... no PS... no PBs...
Beautiful car. Had a 65 convertible, 389 tri-power, 4 speed. So much fun... I wonder what this car got at auction?
El Rey de los Muscle Car, saludos desde Argentina 🇦🇷
It was so boss Enzo made one of his own... but NOTHING beats the original GOAT !!!
Those '65 GTO's were special, a cut above your typical (name here) you know what I mean.
This car is a super star I first saw this car in the original movie, Night Of The Living Dead famous car indeed!🤔🤔🤔
Beautiful..
That is one of he nicest classics I’ve seen
Love this car!!!!!😅
The bonus on my tip is that he has a 65 Bellaire and also 68 GTO judge his and hers also
The biggest flaw is... it's not a Ford! 😆 But seriously beautiful car.
Blessed John DeLorean,, pray for us.
My 2nd car
Yep - and every time you tromp it, there goes a gallon of gas. Hahaha!
Super car. 421, tri-power (very rare, LOL. Trips ain't rare...anymore), Muncie, (love it), and as usual, most sellers don't know or won't tell us what gear is in the rear. Love the white guts, but would've liked the maroon exterior, but hey, that's just me. Also could do W/O the A/C and pwr steering, but the dual master can live with. Maybe toss the booster too. And lastly, a set of Hedders by Ed and a tune by Ace Wilson, also meet my demands above, and we can talk. Seriously tho, Decent car, that i'm sure you've already sold. Hope you made $ on it.
Pontiac never installed 421 engines in them. If it has a 421, it's an engine swap.
@@gurnblanston3210 What are you talkin about? The road test by Car and Driver back in 64, provided by Pontiac, had a 421 massaged by Ace Wilson, and is what was used as a promo to sell those cars. Ask Jim Wangers, he was there. And lots of People since then have put 421s in them, to make them even sweeter. But sure, Pontiac wasn't "suppose" to put 421s in them back then, but today, they could have anything under the hood. even an LS...
@@joequillun7790 So you agree, the engine is a swap? In 1965 GTO’s did not have a 421 option. The most you could get from the factory was a 389 360hp tri-power with 10.75:1 compression. 421’s were only offered in full sized Pontiac’s. The top 421 was also a tri-power with 10.75:1 compression, producing 376 hp.
I know where there's another one like that model year automatic to be restored that still sitting like it was bought in the 70s not running non-matching block to frame but a juul I'd have to have 1,000 cash to steer you directly to it
Already building this wonder car un 1/25....30s to 80s that was the time !!! Arriba España, viva Trump , viva VOX !!!!
