As a father to a 2.5 year old boy and a 4 month old girl. I can tell you now: Fathers are important. A child's very concept of time is based on when you leave and when you comeback to them. Society needs to be engineered for fathers to be front and center in children's lives. Instead we have it as an optional event. That's a mistake, a defect we should collectively correct.
We as Fathers have the capacity to become the social engineers to give fatherhood its full societal value
@@SigmaCarta I understand where you are coming from but ultimately it is a multifaceted challenge that requires the cooperation and commitment of the entire society. Any other option is a suboptimal one or worse.
Very important topic and the dad in front of the camera expressed his self well. The fight between God and man has been the plight since the beginning of time. And no matter what society does to stymie us. Evil is no match for God. This guy who we watch speaking is proof that there are still masculine men who are fully developed in their power. And now his son will be the right kind of man thanks to his parents work. Just like there are women like myself who is aware of this issue and works to eradicate the stereotypes. Parents must try their best single parents. 2 positively speak on the other parent. Do your best to inquire that parent in your children's life. If you invite them over, they can't come due to transportation. Then you go out of your way to make sure that you are able to bring that parent. Get them involved. Even if it means you're having to go out of your way to make it happen, because at least you can say you tried your best, if that wasn't enough, then you know you did your best. For the love of your child/ren.

Of course society needs fathers. Mother only households are far more likely to have kids turn out bad. And if you don't have the father it's just gonna be Big Daddy Government to take care of things anyway. So yes society and kids need fathers. In fact, the question is insulting to all the great dads out there and shouldn't even be asked.
