queen!! you should eat before you workout especially if you'd dizzy, if you eat something light before you workout you'll have energy to workout or else your body will hold on to water weight or fat because it's in survival mode
That was what I was thinking. The catch is to eat smth light or eat hours before workout so it doesn't all come back up
