The breakfast was far from 60g of Proteins…two eggs, the eggwhite (def not more than 100ml ~12g of protein), two slices of toast bread and a couples leaves of spinach and some mushrooms…40 at best, and that‘s only when it‘s special protein-rich bread and large eggs
from eggs + egg whites (13-15g from eggs and 10g from egg whites) then wholemeal bread is 4g per slice and the veggies add about 3g, cheese will be 20-30g, I can see that being 60g of protein.

You show like 100g protein
You’re looking at about 120-150 grams of protein at most lol
If he had eggs that are the “larger” or “jumbo” sized type, bread of a “high-protein” variety, if the steak was larger than the camera made it look, he adds a protein shake in somewhere after his workout, and he rounds up, he just about gets to 200g. He’s definitely exaggerating and embellishing some of the details, but the point of the video is correct - (somewhere close to) 200g of protein per day is possible within 3 (large and specifically assembled) meals, a (high protein) snack, and a (big) protein shake.
