  • Easiest way for me to meet protein goals: egg whites. One small carton has 50 grams. Mix it with whatever protein powder which has 20-40 grams per scoop and pair it with a breakfast and you can easily start your day with 100 gram breakfast

    • If he had eggs that are the “larger” or “jumbo” sized type, bread of a “high-protein” variety, if the steak was larger than the camera made it look, he adds a protein shake in somewhere after his workout, and he rounds up, he just about gets to 200g. He’s definitely exaggerating and embellishing some of the details, but the point of the video is correct - (somewhere close to) 200g of protein per day is possible within 3 (large and specifically assembled) meals, a (high protein) snack, and a (big) protein shake.

I buy my fruit and veg frozen so it doesn't go off after 3 days. You're gonna have to spend money on whatever food you eat so you might as well spend and prioritise on quality whole foods.

Plus a protein bar (20 grams of protein) and water. I prepare my breakfast the night before and it only takes 5 min tops to take on the go. Perfect breakfast or snack.

  • 90% of the gym population don't need 200g of protein. That 1g/1lbs bodyweight is not needed. .820g/1lbs is very very okay. Adding more carbs(expecialy) and fats will cause a protein sparing effect(your body wll not use protein or break down your muscle for energy)

Mix 2 scoops protein powder with 2 tbs PBFit = 90 grams protein. Total is 186 grams protien. Eat 3 eggs before bed to hit 200. All in a calorie deficit at around 1,650 Calories. 👍
