I think this had to do with the ban wave. They wanted to push shark card sale, so banning the modded accounts means people were broke, so then they release something everybody wants when people don't have the money so they'd buy shark cards. But its isn't worth it

So 5 mil for a cop car when I can buy a sub, an agency, and an arcade, make 6 mill doing all for less than the cop car.
