  • AFTER A HEAVY WORKOUT- spray tons of dry shampoo into the scalp and blow dry it AFTER. You’ll have so much volume, it smells amazing and oil is GONE.

  • peak: i just got engaged to my boyfriend of 8 years!!! about damn time! 😂 and i’m going to some one else’s bachelorette party in palm springs in a few days! what should i do while i’m there? pit: i facetimed a friend after my engagement and the first thing she asked is if she was going to be a maid of honor… we’re pretty close, but i’ve only been this close with her for about less than a year although we’ve been more like acquaintances for years. she laughed it off and said “just kidding” but it was weird, my fiancé and i just laughed and were definitely thinking “wtf”. what makes it worse is that my bestfriend, who i plan to ask to be my maid of honor and her do not get along. before her comment, i was actually considering having her as a bridesmaid, but now i can’t see that happening without unnecessary drama. help!

  • Y’all, making the right hire is everything!!! Especially someone like an assistant. Admin work is so underrated and under respected in my opinion. I do HR for a gf bread company, but the CEO and I are toying around with the idea in making a toolkit for small businesses talking about when to hire, how to interview, how to get those amazing candidates because there is just not enough time, especially for you two with your busy life and type of work. There’s almost like a sense of protection you have to come in with and them NDAs! Manny you have grown so much and I’m sure you hired the right person! Congrats on the new assistant and Laura congrats on backfilling that position!! Making them jobs in this economy? That’s a real win!!!
