Fox poo, yuck. The pathway is a great transformation. I see your blocked off cellar is a crawl space, maybe that 'window' was a ventilation point to keep the area dry, if so it will need a rodent/bug proof mesh on it we used fibreglass mesh for that area and to make fly screens it's pet and pollen proof. I can't wait for you to move and watch your renovation vids from the start. Your a good team.
I do think it was home to some type of pest. The fibreglass is a good idea. Fran is looking forward to finding a property to renovate. As always thank you watching and commenting 😊
