I am working in Germany at senior level, high paid earner but after deducting tax, social contribution and with my simple life style, my monthly saving is less than when I worked and lived in Asia, sad!!! I can confirm if you are 9-5 worker, no way you can get rich in Germany 😢
Thanks so much for thia million of information. Hope we can get connected better.
Thank you :)
I’ve heard some essential information for me thanks a lot!😊
Glad it was helpful!
You're very articulate. Kudos ma'am !
Thank you so much 😀
Thank you for your inpud madam.
Thank you so much from the info. I'm a Hungarian who's planning to move to Germany in around four months, so this is going to come in very handy later.
Best of luck! Glad you found it helpful
thanks for share
Always welcome
Looking gorgeous and dashing as usual. Can’t wait to pick up those Engineering roles…incoming electrical engineer.
Thank you. And I wish you goodluck. Don’t forget to share your story with us once you bag that engineering role 👍🏾
@@Waleochronicles I will
I'm not even level 2 fluency. But I'm striving for at least level 3 fluency. Then I move if sponsored.
What about digital marketers?
First to like 👍
Congratulations 👏🏾
Thank you for this information! I'm going back to college in my 30's to get a bachelor's degree here in the USA and then plan to get my master's degree in Germany. I'm aiming for something along the lines of genetics or forensics. My bachelor's will be in botany so if nothing else I can always go with botany genetics and help out in the agricultural field that way. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to find a job in Germany after graduating from a university there. My end goal is to get to Ireland, but honestly, the more I learn about how Germany treats its citizens, the more appealing it sounds to put down roots there and just visit Ireland as often as I can.
Sounds like you have a solid plan right there. One tip though, learn German. It makes your life so much easier if you wanna live in Germany. Goodluck
@@Waleochronicles oh, I absolutely will! And am! I took German classes back in Jr high and high school so already knew the basics, and I've been diligently learning German on DuoLingo for the last year and will continue to do so while I'm getting my bachelor's. I am at a conversational level with German now, but aim to be as close to fluent as possible by the time I go to school there in 4 years.
I’m so glad I found you! I literally got a recruitment email from Universitat Heidelberg in Germany 🇩🇪 and with all the scams out there, I’m needing some assistance with confirming it’s validity! Is there any advice or assistance you may offer? For reference, I’ve worked abroad in Asia for nearly a decade but only studied abroad in Europe. ❤ 🙏 Thank you for your time🇩🇪
I’m a bit confused, did a head hunter contact you for a role they are recruiting for? If yes, then probably legit.
Any info on how much a journeyman carpenter can make in germany?
That very much depends on your knowledge of German . How good are your communication skills?
@@wora1111 in the process of learning. Let's say just enough for me to get a work visa. Which I think requires a b1 test
Dear can i extend language course visa im from srilanka
A visa for language course cannot be switched to a work visa.

What about unskilled worker salary in Germany
For unskilled workers it starts at 13,30€ per hour. For 40h week 2.128€, around 1.500€ after taxes and social contribution. But be aware maybe you don't get a full-time job and when you are unskilled it's hard to get a work permit as a non European citizen.
Move here, claim you are a migrant, register as many children you can find, receive Bürgergeld (welfare in Germany), move back to your country and just wait a few months. You can become a millionaire that way. Sadly no joke.
What about a research scientist. How much do they earn?
Depends on your field (social sciences or natural sciences), having a PhD increases what you can earn. Also if you want to work in university or governmental funded research institute or industry. Former are limited by governmental labor agreement. Many professors dont earn more than 6000 Euro before taxes in Germany, as a normal researcher 4000 to 5000 Euro is ususally max. Industry? 75.000 to 90.000 depending on experience per year. Taxes and incidentals will reduce after tax by, at least, 50%
Is there tax in 2500 monthly salary in full time..?
There is always tax for all sorts of income
Hi sister I'm interested pls
How much do interns earn
Depends how much the company pays per hour and how many hours per week/month the interns work. For context the minimum wage in Germany is 12 euros per hour
can you work in germany as a foreigner that doesnt speak german does speak really good english is 17 years old a student that doesnt study in germany but studies online, the question is if i would be able to find a job out there as a english speaking 17 year old from the EU
Easiest would be to start in an university exchange program and learn at least some German. After university you should be able to find a job as a EU citizen, if there is a need for your skills.
Hey is data scientist starting salary with 104,000??
As I mentioned in the video it always depends on your level of experience, skill set and negotiation skills etc
@@Waleochronicles yea but with this 104,000 is seniors engineering salary ?
@@Waleochronicles I’m sorry 104,000 is senior data scientist salary ?
How about unskilled workers. We don't have any certificate. Is the Germany not for us too?
Germany wants skilled workers to join the labour force. You must have at least a vocational training (called Ausbildung in German)
@@Waleochronicles Are there vocational institutions that we can apply? If yes, what are the requirements.
@@user-cr8cj9eb7g I dont have much experience and knowledge with Ausbildung. You'll have to research yourself. What I can say though is that to do an Ausbildung in Germany, you need very good German language proficiency (from B1 - C1 depending on the Ausbildung in question). Goodluck
For skilled workers and professional jobs German language is indispensable?
I am indian , may I come to Germany to search jobs
Yea you can
you don't in it for the money. !!!!!!!
??? I don’t understand this comment.
