I get up at five to go to work as it is. I am not going to be all sweaty and yucky before work or get up earlier to take a shower and then get ready. I am, however, coming home from work, and before I even sit down, I roll out my mat, pick a video I want to try, and like Nike says, JUST DO IT!! This one kicked my ahem. Keep it up!

today is the 4th day of me doing this workout, I got into a motor accident at march 28 and my fingers and hand has wounds but I decided to still continue ‼️

Do different everyday
I started doing this workout every day for a full week, and it was insane how fast I could see the results. Moving into the second week, I was able to do less of the modifications and more of the advanced. Now I can go through the whole workout without doing any of them! I am so happy, and I feel amazing afterward as well, so that's a plus. I now combine this workout with some of their HIIT workouts, and it's going great. Thanks, guys

Out of shape Dad, stumbled upon Juice & Toya a few weeks ago, have done 10 min abs, 15 min step, 20 min strength and now this one. love their simple straightforward approach, love the on-screen timers esp "total time remaining," love no equipment needed, love the "what's coming next" demos and and **LOVE** the no talking during the workout!! Seriously, never seen a workout where the coaches aren't yakking away, so distracting lol. Thank you Juice & Toya!!!

Got started a day late, but still managed to get back on track. Another great workout! I was able to do all exercises, except the pushup to pike without doing the modified version. So proud of myself, I have made improvement since the last challenge, week 1, day 1 complete.

I love love love the whole format of this training. Very open space, clear instructions, sound indications, and progress bars. I also love that you all included the muscle groups that would be targeted for each workout. Putting up a preview of the next workout is genius because often I have to rewind to understand how to do a workout. Plus, even though you all were blurred in the background, we could still see clearly what the exercise was. Then to top it off, I usually have to do separate warm up and cool down videos, but you all took that extra step away!!! I will definitely be returning 😊 (ps. The little dancey dances in between were so cute and keeps my spirits up 🥺❤️)

Week 1 Day 1: Done! It’s been a while and this kicked our butts (doing challenge with my wife). Excited for these next four weeks! I was able to keep up with Toya on this one for everything except those single leg hinges, my balance needs work!

Week 1, Day 1 ( 10/24/22 Excited to start!! I was happy to hear that my husband wanted to start this journey together!! I was able to do some exercises without the modification and others I had to modify. It an amazing feeling when we were done. My husband loved it. We can't wait for tomorrow!! 🙂👏
Don't know if anyone will read this but here's an update since my previous comment: When I started doing this workout I couldn't even get through the whole video. But I kept it up and now I'm doing it daily (I still find it burns though haha). I would usually struggle with some of the isolations but I just kept thinking 'if I can get through it now it will be easier next time'. And sure enough it got easier the more I did it, so keep persevering!!! And shout out again to Juice and Toya for making an excellent workout 👍

That was great, I really enjoyed it! I liked it that you had a warm up and cool down which was nice. The exercises were interesting, the sound design and motion design were helpful and indicating a change, I liked the music. It was just everything really good and vibed, haha.
Week 1, Day 1 [24/10/22]; Workout completed! I'm literally shaking, but I feel so proud of myself because I didn´t need to stop for more time and could do all the exercises; I felt muscles I didn't even realize I had BURN. Loved it :). Not gonna lie, 'consistency' must be the most challenging part for me and I really appreciate that it is the main focus of this week. NOTE: You've got this! One day at a time, this is the best way to show yourself some love and feel proud for how far you've got, even if it's just a bit. :)

My posture improved, my measurements decreased (I even looked healthier, more "toned"), I felt much more energetic, I lost a little weight (not much due to a hormonal issue but nothing that can't be treated with a good diet). I totally recommend it :)

Okay guys, ill try this workout for a week, day 1, 19/04/2024, gonna update what happend after 2-3 days. Upd for 21/04/2024 After 3 days what happened to me, on the first day I was very motivated to continue doing this and I did everything crookedly but tried to do my best, day 2, ALL my legs and arms hurt, but after warming up I came to my senses, on the third day I probably killed my body because my body is a little swollen and I can’t move normally without pain

I've made this comment elsewhere, too, in the fitness world. I think we can think beyond such terms, be more creative. The language we use has power. There are seemingly small changes we can make that reflect a society where no human being is imprisoned, thrown away or disposable.

I absolutely love this workout!!! I love the varations of workouts and overall energy you guys give off. The pacing is easy to follow as well as I can go faster or slower if needed. As someone with ADHD working out does help, but at times I can find myself getting extremely distracted even while working out, however your video is so simple to follow. I love that I can play my owm music over top it to maintain focus while still getting a killer workout. I really enjoy the fact you have a warm up and cool down in your video as sometimes I jump right into it then wonder why the next day I can't move lol. I'm honored to get gains with you guys keep it up as well as anyone reading this in the comment section, you are all doing fantastic!

Week 1 day 1 - such a great work out!! So good I felt like a total weakling on those holds and trying to balance on one foot. Almost tap out with the abs but I kept going! 💪🏼can’t beat the after feeling!! When I was done I felt sooo good and so proud! Looking forward to day 2! 🎉
