Last edit prob: I DON'T EVEN HAVE MY IPAD IM SO SORRY i will make this in ios shortcuts mark my word edit 1: day 2 still working on it not too much progress just trying to figure out all the movement between spaces and how that can go to the next world and how that also corrolates with shadow realm and super shadow realm edit 2: still day 2 figured how to make different spaces on the board and still setting up first moves and telling them where they go edit 3: been a while since an update, day 10, not much progress except for the entire game idea, basically a repeat loop that lets u play infinitely, sadly only making it 3 players edit 4: been bored af, might take a week if i get more motivated, might take a year, idk lets hope i get motivated!1!111!! edit 5: been awhile, just been having shortcuts, not working on this, it might take a year not a hyperbole this time but idk, just having fun **edit 6: this will prob never be a thing**

Imagining this + enemy effect/quality randomisation + random board space effects + win condition randomisation (like, win with gold, win by using a combination of potions/scrolls, etc) would be really neat. Only caveat is you'd need to find a way to communicate how to win to the players over time. Maybe after winning certain rounds, they get a clue or something idk. It'd be worth exploring as a genuine idea though

Fish's story is that of a tragic and flawed hero. Fish was but a fool, irreversibly blinded by power once he learnt of the blue eyes white dragons. When time came, he forsake everything he held dear, just to have one shot at climbing the top first. He had to learn the hard way of the price of power. To quote the overarching villain of this arc, TwoBold, "you would trade away the thing you value most for but a chance at power. Now you know exactly the type of man you are". In his foolish ambition, his gambit for power, he lost what mattered, and when his plan failed, when his last bet was ended in failure, he was left with nothing. Nothing but the remorse of throwing away your love, and the few traces of his foolish attempt at winning, all symbolised in a single item. The Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon Some may say it was useless but it was untrue. This is on a short list for both my favorite game and favorite video ever. Reminds me of when I used to play "card game" with my friends, which consisted of a handful of cards to a game this one guy found in his bedroom after most of his stuff was moved out, but didn't remember how to play, and the rules were missing. So we just made it up ourselves using context clues and improv. We were also all drunk and stoned out of our minds idiot 20 somethings. Best fucking game I ever played. The kitchen fire gambit with opposite rules was the top winning strategy in my day.

Now you know exactly the type of man you are". In his foolish ambition, his gambit for power, he lost what mattered, and when his plan failed, when his last bet was ended in failure, he was left with nothing. Nothing but the remorse of throwing away your love, and the few traces of his foolish attempt at winning, all symbolised in a single item. This item had a purpose, it was there to torment him, remind him of what he had sacrificed in the name of ambition, and what he had lost when he was blinded by the stars.

to really confuse people, you should have a "roll the dice" spot where you just grab a handful of dice and roll them, mumble some numbers for a few seconds and then just decide whatever you want since the dice have no actual impact.

Like if a villain had seen himself as kind of self-righteous savior to justify all the atrocities, but threw that away in the end by sacrificing the very things he claimed to be protecting for yet more power. Only to be beaten anyways, and have it all be for naught. With that final line of utter contempt from the hero pouring salt In the wound.

Twobold was hilarious. Getting excited about the shadow realm, cheering even when he lost his turns, and the epic quote about trading the vaporeon for a shot at power.
This looked fun so i made my own version to play with my friends and by the end we were all rolling on the floor laughing, what a great idea for a game.

I actually love the idea of a board game where you can do things, but you dont know what they will do or how to win. this gives the whole thing a sense of "discovery", a need to be creative
It would have to be so that the win condition changes every game, and only the game master knows the win condition. But it’s replay ability would eventually hit a wall if players learned all possible win conditions

@@synka5922it could have multiple mandatory win conditions, so if you have 4 mandatory and 10 win conditions, there's too many to aim for them all, and a random guess for a rush would have 1/10^4 of winning, even if you would still advance a mandatory one most likely
@@synka5922 this kind of exists in part with those dungeoncrawler games that have scrolls and potions that you need to use to learn their effects. Imagining this + enemy effect/quality randomisation + random board space effects + win condition randomisation (like, win with gold, win by using a combination of potions/scrolls, etc) would be really neat. Only caveat is you'd need to find a way to communicate how to win to the players over time. Maybe after winning certain rounds, they get a clue or something idk. It'd be worth exploring as a genuine idea though

Nothing but the remorse of throwing away your love, and the few traces of his foolish attempt at winning, all symbolised in a single item. The Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon Some may say it was useless but it was untrue. This item had a purpose, it was there to torment him, remind him of what he had sacrificed in the name of ambition, and what he had lost when blinded by the stars, as if, written on this card was pictured shame itself.
The wheel spinning sound effect is basically the Shadow Realm's and Super Shadwo Realm's OST.

This is on a short list for both my favorite game and favorite video ever. Reminds me of when I used to play "card game" with my friends, which consisted of a handful of cards to a game this one guy found in his bedroom after most of his stuff was moved out, but didn't remember how to play, and the rules were missing. So we just made it up ourselves using context clues and improv. We were also all drunk and stoned out of our minds idiot 20 somethings. Best fucking game I ever played. The kitchen fire gambit with opposite rules was the top winning strategy in my day.
