She’s back! Jenni Lynn is back with another athletic aquatic fitness workout and this time it is in deep water. S’WET Deep is divided into three segments, starting with killer wall work, progressing to exercises that target legs and abs and finishing with a Pilates flavored segment using hand held buoyant equipment. This workout features 34 intense drills & swills for deep water fitness, many of which can be modified for shallow use. I have been suffering from frequent recurrence of plantar fasciitis. I can't wait to try this as an alternative nonimpact exercise. Thank you for the great video.

This is fantastic Jenni Lynn--thk you! Water equipment is still not allowed in my aqua classes due to virus. It would be great if you showed us how to do difficult aqua moves w/o equipment. Wonderful videos 🏊♀️💙🤗!

Do you do any moves where you go under?
Actually....Jenni Lynn teaches in NYC and does have athletes in her classes and they go underwater. In general, most aquatic fitness classes do not include underwater exercises.
Do you have to have the float around you. They don't allow floats in the deep end at our pool
