This Poch out movement is nonsense. We’ve had the worst injury crisis ever , with a brand new squad of under-23 players , brand new coach, in the hardest league in the world. And we are gonna finish 5th or 6th. Thats a hell of a job in my book

As for pochetinno, again your thinking of it as a fans perspective but also put yourself in the players shoes. If the gaffer leaves, then what was the point in trying to fight when he was there to protect and motivate us? When there were other circumstances beyond him alone. When he asked for experienced players in the team and didn't get any. And also the fact that he has one more year in his contract. Is it worth paying him out now when you can let him finish his second season and discuss about the next step when looking for managers are really tough now this season. All should be put in context.

That's been my point with TQT from literally forever. Poch has left me massively frustrated at more than a few occassions this season. But the one-dimensional Poch out narrative is so under-nuanced.
When the gaffer leaves they'll be sad for a while and then adjust. He isn't the first manager to coach at Chelsea and won't be the last. He will not win anything and he will bottle whatever is at stake being the bottlejob he is. Better we part ways with him come the summer break.

I think this whole rebuild is going to take time. Poch is new, ownership is new, and we have the youngest team in the league with only 2-3 return players from the champions league, who missed basically the entire season. I think we should keep Poch and invest in building team chemistry with who we have. The current system of Conor and Caicedo in the middle with Cucu filling in when in the offensive 1/3 is working really well against teams who were higher standing than us in the rankings. The spanking from Arsenal was to be expected. They are probably going to win the league and they are on the other side of their rebuild phase. But the team has shown grit and determination. I’ve been aggravated with Jackson the whole season but the last 3-4 games he has been really improving. Whatever we do, don’t sell Conor. He has shown so much heart and is Chelsea born and raised. He wants to make the club proud. Same with Trev. Nani also in wonderful form. Let the boys keep cooking and win out the rest of the season.

This current team has made tremendous progress under Poch this season and we want it sustained. Managing this current crop of players at Chelsea is a hell of a job.

Jackson has statistically had a great first season and the eye test shows he’s improved in a lot of areas. If poch gets us a good place we should keep him and carry that momentum further, if anything we need a new cb
All stupid assumptions. When you got everybody fit, you got the best version of osimhen in the prem. If he gets injured next season, that's a big loss already for you but not for me. The only thing I can say to you TQT is I hope you don't regret this move sooner rather than later.

Caicedo seems to be doing pretty good next to Galagher, but not with Enzo. Could Enzo be one of Chelsea's problem? Maybe Enzo overestimates himself.

Colwill was only playing left back because we had no other left back. Cucu and Chilly were both injured and Maatsen wasn't good enough (obviously he is good enough but that's not what he was showing in pre-season but poch didn't wanna take any chances)

Do you all remember the start of this season, when we struggled so much with the low block? It was a disaster, but Poch figured it out and we are scoring goals now. Good goals. Injuries, Mudryk not performing, Jackson sometimes not scoring very important goals, Sterling dribbling himself and bumping into enemy players, ... I am just saying that if we can not get Hansi Flick next season, then there is no better manager out there who will do a better job with these young players than Poch. So, I would rather Pochettino stay for one more season. If the next season is not better, it will cost us less money to sack him, than now. I would like to see how we play the 3 last games, then I will form my final opinion. Ideal case: Tottenham loses 2 more games, Utd loses the Final and 1 League game and we win all remaining games. Europa league is ours. But we will see ...

Poch In ! The injury list is very bad and i think Poch is the perfect coach to be with the young players. All we need is more experienced players to mix up with our young stars and we should be good to compete for the top 4 next season.
With the current available options on the market and considering the progress in form of the team towards the end of the season, Poch should start with us the next season.

Osimhen is a flop waiting to happen. He’s been underwhelming in the serie A season and he’s just gonna be a Havertz 2.0 who we just can’t create enough good chances for. We are obsessed with making signings for some reason but I don’t believe we need anyone. Also sacking poch is one of the dumbest decisions ever, sack him for the promise of something better and risk losing the dressing room.

The team plays differently in different phases.. So it's a back 3 when attacking, then back 4 when defending.. Playing a 3-4-2-1 would require Mudryk and Madueke to be more defensive in order to make a back 5... Which they can't effectively.. If Cucurella is played he'd have to cover more ground to attack and defend.. Which he can't do effectively.. I agree with you, problem is that the current players wouldn't suit that system

If we get Europa league, I think Pochettino, considering where we were earlier this season and last season, deserves another season, providing that the directors and owners listen to him, that's crucial. We absolutely can get Europa league but it requires Newcastle to drop points twice. They play home vs brighton, away vs united and Away vs Brentford, make of that what you will. And of course we need city to win the FA Cup. If all of the above happen, then Poch can absolutely stay.

He has a decent record agaisnt top 6 teams this season and u can see his tactics against them. If it wasn't for injuries im pretty sure we would be thriving

TQT is a pessimist and has no faith in the manager’s abilities regardless of half of the squad injured throughout the season and the fact it’s the actual beginning of a new project starting to come together with the players now showing an understanding of each other and the manager’s tactics.
I'm also still poch out. I don't think he would be able to maximize the full potential of the squad. He doesnt bring winning mentality either. His adjustments in the tottenham and WH games have been good but were the only good tactical adjustments I've seen from him thus far this season. Going back to our failed chances in Carabao and FA, I don't think he is the man for the club in the long term. He has been able to show signs of potential tho and for that we give credit. I also think his relationship with the board is not aligned anymore especially if you pay close attention to his recent conferences. Regardless, if we can secure a european spot the season would be a success.
Please let’s not get rid of Andrey Santos! Please let’s not get De Zerbi! But it is going to be him isn’t it 🤦🏻♂️ I’d rather stick with Poch and I want Poch out
