The Republic of Maldives comprises 26 atolls and nearly two thousand coral islands. Most of them are uninhabited and it is the area where nature reigns supreme.
Male, the capital of the Maldives, has found itself on the same-name island being 1.87 km long and 1.5 km wide. It is highly urbanized, almost the entire area is built up and the vacant land is sorely lacking: the population is growing steadily. The number of inhabitants has increased from only 5,200 people in 1922 to more than 200,000 a century later.

Unlike regular videos, while watching 360° videos KZhead show us only a specific field of view similar to human eye (by default 100 degrees out of 360). As a result, the resolution of the visible part of 8K video uploaded to our channel is around 2K (1920p). If you watch in 4K mode the resolution of the visible part would be even less - around 1080p (1K).
Please note that AirPano team originally shoots its films in 16,12,10,8K resolution, depending on year and cameras used back then. But before upload to KZhead channel we downscale all our videos to 8K.

What a beautiful city. Although they used every space down there and any space matters , I clapped hard when I saw two full size soccer stadiums. They even have one soccer feild by the grand blue topped King Salman mosque. As usual great video and as usual I watch your videos on Meta quest 2 vr.
