FIRST LOOK: The QX80 is getting a total REDESIGN from Infiniti for 2025. This full size luxury SUV will compete with the Lincoln Navigator, Cadillac Escalade, Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Mercedes Benz GLS and BMW X7. On the outside you will see 22in wheels, fized running boards, all new sheet metal and LED lighting. On the inside you will be welcomed by a full premium leather interior and new screen technology. Under the hood is a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission. Sweet Infiniti is pulling it together but what about Nissan they are not even on the map. The skyline is pretty much their only desirable car. Of course you got loyalist but someone who has no brand affiliation like myself thinks Nissan is in deep need of a remodel on all fronts. A little reinventing

I was annoyed by how long it took, but when you look at the Y61 and Y60 Patrol lifecycles, then maybe it's just standard operating procedure? 1997 to 2010 against 2010 to 2024 (including delays).

This is it for me guys!! Finally My dream truck has arrived. I have been shopping for a Japanese large SUV for a very long time and was almost about to buy an American product.. Not anymore. Infiniti thank you for addressing all the issues and finally giving us a vehicle that has enough room for a family of 5, plus the ability to slide the middle row and can tow 8500lbs.. perfect for my needs in every way!! Hallelujah

Nissan is desperate , in 10 years, how will this style hold up ? Sadly , Nissan died around 2002 when Carlos Ghosn took over. They're barely making ends meet. They've resorted to car rental sales to survive. Lexus / Toyota Landcruiser, remain timeless. I've own Nissan Patrols ( Nicaragua ) and Land Cruisers , and they can't just seem to keep up with the Toyotas.@@TWN321

In my personal opinion, this is a way better choice than an Escalade or a Navigator.

On looks alone yes, but I think the biggest flaw in this vehicle is a lack of rear storage when all 3 rows are in use. The Navigator and Escalade have good rear cargo space and both vehicles will be refreshed for 2025 so let's see how that shakes out.

Infiniti has finally put all the bells and whistles in this truck that I've been waiting for...THANK YOU, GOD‼️I currently have a 2020 QX80, and after seeing this, I will be pre-ordering. My husband has a 2021 Cadillac Escalade, and I was jealous of all the features he has in his truck, mainly the ambient lighting when I'm driving at night. Infiniti, thanks for finally stepping out the box and designing a truck that's QX80 worthy. 💜💜💜

Someone who used to own golden area Infiniti in the mid-2000s, I never been this excited for the past over 10 years for Infinti. I almost thought it was going to fade away at some point. However, Infiniti has been notorious for production models being way off than real models.

I’m a former Infiniti owner. It’s about freaking time they did an update!!! They need to do this to the rest of its lineup. Also fire whoever it is that think keeping the same design for over a decade is good business🤦🏽♂️. I use to own a Q50 back in 2014. It still looks the same!

OMG!!! WOW!!! Infiniti really stepped up to the plate and then some! I’m so happy Infiniti is giving their models love. I was never a QX80 fan but WOW! I definitely am now!! I love the exterior with the interior colors. Infiniti, this is an AAA+ on this!

I really wish the QX55 had the same type of interior and powertrain. They dropped the ball on the QX55, but I'm proud of them for the QX80! Home run! Even things I'm not a fan of, like the screens, were done tasteful, and Infiniti provides their own swag and not copy.
Let's hope they continue to bring the magic!

My friend and neighbor have been working on the new QX80 for months. He and a 2 other guys worked directly with Nissan in Japan when the concept of the Q80 was released, they go over the designs, touched and tested every components, test drove the new QX 80 for weeks. Then they would give Nissan a complete report on the highs and lows of the QX80, Nissan's marketing department would take the report, and highlight all the selling points, and talking points for the negatives. My friend then would take this report, put it into a presentation for Nissan to launched the new QX80, and then a report for all the dealerships to highlight the strengths to their customers. My friend have been involved with many brands, from BMW X7, Mercedes, to the new Range Rover. Since he knew my wife owes an Infiniti QX60, he told me last month that Infiniti hit it out of the park with the QX80, it doesn't have much weakness, and that he would take the new QX80 over anything from BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, and Range Rover.

@pinkisforpimps He was in Orange County, it was outdoors, they set up a presentation for dealerships, then storm came, the event got delayed and eventually, it was moved indoors.

I love it all… 04’ G coupe owner… now 2018 q60 luxe now and up untill now was disappointed in where Infiniti was headed but a fire has been reignited!!! Happy I don’t have to go to a Euro!!! Keep this momentum going….
Also… my one and ONLY qualm was the led lights in the top of the arch of the grille from the concept… the running light there would’ve further separated copy cats that will come once this debuts. Is it too late to add? Would make a significant difference.

The interior is classy, without being goofy with all the RED everyone else is doing. I would love to do an airport transfer for someone like Lady Gaga in this vehicle, stretched or not. That's a compliment.

My goodness, infinity just knocked it out of the park with this one. That interior has got to be the nicest interior I have ever seen in a vehicle. The seat design is incredible and the door and front dash is fantastic

One my favorite parts is the built in dashcam feature. Way more auto brands should do that. So does it store the footage locally and could you extract with via USB? And could you also have it running all the time, instead of having to activate it each time Raiti?

Comeback player of the year award for this QX. Looking forward to seeing the more basic because I would want a second row bench for the dog who doesn't need the bio controlled ac seats etc. Love the integrated screen with second screen for controls. BMW, MB, Audi and especially Lexus should take heed.

Looks really good! The front gives me Hyundai Palisade vibes, the rear gives me Lexus LX & Lincoln vibes. The interior looks so good, about time they updated their cars! Would love a full size sedan with this interior

Wow, infiniti qx80 is beautiful. And the technology is right on point. Overhead😮 display and digital display instruments cluster has caught up with industry standards, too. Suspension on point. Interiors wonderful, too. The and the stitching along with the two tone colors. Are really classic , too. And the price is still reasonable as far as prices go today. Good stuff infiniti.

It's a daggone shame it's a 109,000 dollars. I'd buy it but not at this price. Not a warranty. At least Kia telluride offers 100,000 mile warranty and factory. Their cars are making a come back and prices are cheaper. I'm going there until infinity comes down

1000% the best new SUV overall and especially with regards to the bio sensors for HVAC. Curious to see what's next for hybridization, more power and efficiency for the QX80. I wish they could bring back the FX35 though and thank you Joe for another good one.

I knew Infiniti could do it…took a while but they did it..keep the momentum.. one thing I will mention is that wheel well at the front is too big or the vehicle needs a bigger wheel.. other than that..good job from one of my favorite brands!!! Now onto the sedan… fingers crossed

Though a staunch land cruiser/lx 570 fan their most recent products leave so much to be desired.my greatest joy is that this has displaced the Land Cruiser/lx 570. It’s a testament of patience,perseverance and sticking to principles.for a long time the Land Cruiser and Lexus has humiliated this brand.this is an epic piece of art and engineering.i hope this continues.
