She would dig for dirt and ask us leading questions about how much we work. Luckily we all talk about our pay with our male coworkers nowadays. @leemcclelland2618@leemcclelland26185 ай бұрын
    • It's not going to be that expensive. Even if she gets disbarred over this in NJ, she can get listed in plenty of red states whose bar associations would just see these events as her home state retaliating against her for closeness to Trump. I've taken things to HR before but mostly in a case where I knew a senior staffer was breaching enterprise agreements (manager misrepresenting a role to force subordinates to work 110% capacity as standard while refusing to provide position descriptions) that could expose the workplace to legal or financial action from our state governments fair work laws.

Every one signs it 2/3 go "who would be that stupid why they making us sign this?" The other 1/3 go "I know right, why is it even that big a deal this is only because they got caught if they didn't they wouldn't care..." Seen that shit so much were like the manager will tell you "Legally I have to say don't do that, but...." Then they find a way to word-salad it to do that thing or get fired lol I have met so many people who lie to your face, then when caught in the lie deny it all, because they hoped no one would find out sigh. They every where in the world people who go "its only illegal if you get caught, I am not hurting any one." Like amount of times I seen that "some one did it to me its not fair unless I can do same to others!" Its like no shit it wasn't fair when they did it to you! Like so many people do petty shit with that excuse, its like its still wrong, even if it happened to you and they got away with it doesn't mean you doing it to another person some how cancels it out, no it just means you are doing a bad thing making this a cycle of excusable behavior. Like my dad did that to "worse things happend to me so suck it up!" Its like yeah you were dumbass who didn't know you had a choice I do know I got a choice. Now he is almost 70 with no one wants to see his ass, complaining to every one who listen about hwo he was a victim for why he did bad thigns, its like ok appolgize and I might come back "that was the apology I am victim I don't got apolgize!"
