  • I work at ulta and we are not paid by commission we are paid by the hour. I believe the only people paid by commission is specific brand representatives that will come in for their specific brand(s), but yes our job is to sell so I, and probably a lot of others, appreciate you taking the time to find all the products instead of asking the workers!! Thank you!!

  • I love how these videos are so different but still so on theme. I really wanna see one where James does his normal make-up routine but applies the products by the date they were released - for example if the mascara came out in 2019 but the setting spray came out in 2015 then the setting spray would come first!

  • guys the good apple serum concealer works fine and doesn’t dry quickly!!! you have to shake the concealer before you use it because it is a serum concealer !! that is just me tho and i don’t have any problems with it it does crease quickly, but i use powder to set it and then it doesn’t crease afterwards :)) that’s how i make it work and that’s my opinion on it, but i love it and it works for me !!
