@@choopa_noopa the account I was using to do it got trust factor nuked, and I was getting multiple cheaters in every game, it was basically HvH. I'm doing this new series on my main account, so it should be less of a problem.
I wish him the best of luck but competitive really needs an update to ranks, I have 30+ wins on inferno with over 60% win rate and I've gone down 1 rank from where I placed. If you look it up most people have this issue ranking up feels next to impossible atm

Why the first (starting 01:08) map looks like it doesn't belong in this game? It looks much worse than any other map. Models and textures looks like from 2008.

Honestly i feel like this about any smaller/medium channel that doesn't have sponsors in 80% of the videos, the ads can be skipped if they're actually annoyng and if they're not it's just part of the content, plus it's positive towards the channel's longevity.

I think Ancient is one of my favorite maps right now. it's Office that I'm dreading... The idea of the series is that I'll learn (and teach) each of the maps individually, so they'll serve as mini-tutorials too.

@@TheWarOwl I'm excited to see the series return but I'm worried about burnout from having to play the same map over and over. On the other hand I get that if you try to do multiple at once it'll make them take longer and I've never even been close to global. Obviously you know your limits and capabilties better than I do so I hope that I'm concerned over nothing and the series stays as fun to make as it is to watch.

Its an impossible goal if youre good at the game. Since you get placed with bots, you will be reported for everything and constant 14 day griefing cooldown Only way i can play MM is if i troll, to not get griefing ban. Which is really ironic

I‘m MGE on inferno, but we‘re a lvl 10 stack with like 90 % winrate. It‘s insane how the ranking works. As soon as you lose two games, you derank - and you need like 15 wins to get back up.

Hey Warren Fowler. I've watched Solo Q to Global probably like 4 times over the years. Despite never achieving the goal, it's seriously one of the most entertaining series on yt. Super glad to see you're back at it for cs2. Also the corsair sponsorship is awesome, fills me with hope - it's like a good omen.
This is a monumental task WarOwl is putting on himself, with CS2 making every map its own rank is like quadruple the workload to then edit down into something worth watching. It's cool to see these Solo Queue videos pop up every once a year but please viewers don't expect this to be a consistent series.

I'm happy to see this series happening, but the ranks on individual maps are broken asf. I've won about 50 times on dust2 and got only one promotion. A lot of my supreme and global friends got ranks like silver elite or gold nova like me and seem stuck. I wouldnt be surprised if Warowl got gold I in this series

In CS:GO, I was most often between Gold Nova 3 and MG:E. After grinding the competitive in CS2, I got Silver III and Silver IV on all four maps I managed to get 10 wins on. And now, even after winning four maps in a row, the rank hasn't changed. So I applaud this effort but I am afraid it's not possible in your lifetime...
