Love the house and all the natural light that comes into it.
'Brave to use so much black and dark blue on the walls but it certainly works in this house.
Do a hairstyle video.... No hate but their was a point in time where your haircut was making your receding hairline more pronounced and it looked like you were balding.... But now you got the haircut which you have been getting 2 3 years ago and your hairline looks okay now.... I understood that a haircut may help to cover the hairline.... I would appreciate if you could make a video on the way to make your hair in a way to make it look thick
Congratulations, Carl! I am happy for your partner & you on having a third place where you can spend time together. I find that opening up your house is an intimate gesture. Thanks for inviting us over! One thing I must say is: what a shame that you have nice furniture yet you are already thinking of not using them or considering them uncomfortable. I do believe that style goes in hand with practicality and functionality. My boyfriend & I decided that everything in our home has to be aesthetically pleasing while having a function as well. I love that you guys invested in art pieces that you both love.
They are both beautiful! I do think they present two kinds of moods or maybe one is more suited for the summer and the other one, for the winter maybe? The picture you got is a great for the hallway as it really stands out. Interior design has changed so much where you once put pictures of landscapes and portraits on the walls but today it is just a few splashes of paint on a canvas. Which is good as it does not make the place look and feel so heavy and congested. And it is definitely minimalistic. I made a mistake of buying lots of little souvenirs of different art objects and now it is all about have just one big piece. I also inherited a bunch more from parents when they traveled. Now that is considered clutter. They are great conversational pieces though. Here in the American South, folk are still trying to recreate English castel Interiors with oriental rugs and landscape/portrait paintings on the wall. Of course not many folk have Interior designers decorating their homes. It is more about cooking a lot of food and eating as the main activity and watching sports on TV with the TV being the largest possible in the room. You could walk into most American homes and the TV is on even though no one is watching.
