I think the story behind this video is this: critics were complaining that people only watched Daler Mehndi's music videos because he featured attractive women in them. I don't understand the lyrics at all, but this is still an absolute banger. What I gathered from ths video itself it seems to be something about four different elements coming together.
The lyrics are basically about dancing and being happy, and in middle the lyrics discusses about how to world is neither the place of joy nor the place of grief it's in middle, so just dance and love and be happy.
